Bought a couple of wedges and they compared favourably against existing wedges. Based on the wedges performance went on to purchase set of irons and they perform well on range against existing irons. Delivery was slightly problematic but rectified by Caley.

Beautiful golf irons , look amazing and play even better, even on bad shots they still play great and that price it’s a win win , had my clubs a few months now and on every round I get more surprised how they feel and play , if your on the fence or 50/50 about buying these clubs buy them you won’t regret it .

Bought the 01t irons as standard even though I was recommended the 01 with a handicap of 22. They are a lovely iron, I’m a decent ball striker so opted for the 01t as they are a lot more forgiving than the irons I had before and they haven’t disappointed. Only used them twice but I’ve already bought the utility iron and the wedge set. Great value for money and great customer service start to finish.

Made to measure, with fairly quick delivery, would recommend Caley Golf Clubs.

Initially I had a box delivered with no club, not an issue of their causing I believe but I told Caley and they immediately resolved it.
The club itself is great, I am finding it far easier to use than my old hokey, albeit I think the bounce suits me more also. I like the way the entire face is milled also which can only help when I open the face in the club. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service ordered Friday delivery on Monday the clubs are amazing dropping shot ona regular basis very confident and members are asking me how can I play with blades with an handicap of 20 and when I tell them they are not blades 3 members are seriously considering buying caley clubs

I purchased the O1 iron set 5 weeks ago and I can honestly say these are just as good if not better than iron sets that cost double the price, they are very forgiving, great for distance and the control is exceptional.

Bought my Caley 01T irons with recoil shafts and midsize grips. Very well made and great feel off the club face. My handicap has gone down to 6 since I started using them.

So, where to start.

To clarify, I have spent MONTHS deliberating over getting custom irons and done my own thorough research and personal fitting PRIOR to ordering my Caley irons… I STRONGLY SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE TO DO THE SAME!!!

Anyway, I placed my order on the 16th August 2025, for a full set of custom Caley O1 Irons, specifications were: +1 Inch, 2 Degrees Upright, KBS Tour Lite Stiff shafts and Midsize Lamkin Crossline grips…

As I ordered during the “Get a FREE Wedge with a full set purchase” promotion I feared that my free wedge would arrive in Standard Loft, Lie & Length.

As I wanted this wedge to blend into my set, I contacted Caley Customer Support to ask about the possibility of getting my free wedge in custom specifications. Too my amazement “Based on some reviews on here”, I had an extremely prompt response.. 👍👍

I was informed that I could have my FREE wedge upgraded to a Custom Wedge, and that all I needed to do was pay the difference between the price of a standard (£99) and a custom one (£119), as this was only £20 I thought what a bargain, so naturally paid the difference.

Naturally this wedge meant I had delayed my own order, and it was updated to “Received” on the 22nd August 2025.

Now, unlike most people I research things… on average here in the UK in 2024 it took 7-9 WEEKS for customised sets of irons (4-Pw), to be built and then shipped to their customers….

Caley’s own wording is 3-4 weeks..!!

For a custom build.. this would be remarkable.. however I had already lined up in my head to be prepared to wait for 7 weeks and thank god I use my own intuition, as my set took 6 weeks and 5 days to get to me…

I didn’t badger or pester the Help Desk with consistent annoying questions… I simply let Caley, “Stephen Bedford” more specifically, get on with building custom clubs..

Half way through week 3, I received an email out the blue from Dona as my order was being delayed by 2 weeks due to component inventory coming into the UK, I was offered a gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused to me… I was gobsmacked.. what a touch of class from Caley LTD 👏, thank you very much Caley.

Naturally… I will be using this voucher along with a small contribution from my own bank account to purchase myself a custom Caley O1X Utility Iron 😎❤️.

So, my take on Caley LTD and their products..

Although the clubs took a little longer to arrive than expected, they duly did and looked great.
I hit the course the next day and am truly impressed. My good shots are great and my average ones, well - I'm getting away with it.
A great start and I'm looking forward to dialling them in.

There was a delay in receiving my clubs after the order. But was offered a gift card for my patience and the delay. The clubs have arrived and they look and feel great. Played a round with them but the bad golf was down to my ability not the clubs. The ball was going further and straighter. Hoping for better scores in the future. Would highly recommend for the price of the clubs, look and feel are both high end and looking forward to getting out there again. Thank you Caley!!

Clubs arrived a couple days ago and I cannot find a single thing wrong with these clubs. I’m a 14 handicapper so I chose the o1 irons and they are easily the cleanest clubs I’ve hit. Gained around 10-13 yards on each club. Thanks caley 👍

I ordered Caley iron set in mid August. They used Shop for the checkout, which is normally good. But there was no email confirmation and no tracking information available. I heard nothing. I chased after 3 weeks and that email went unanswered. Clubs turned up a month after ordering, well after the birthday I had ordered them for, with zero communication from Caley

I bought a Caley wedge to try their clubs but mainly because I wanted to support a local Scottish company, this was my experience;

-wanting to support a Scottish company I was very disappointed that the clubs were manufactured in and shipped from Hong Kong
-My first thought was that the grip felt very thin, my playing partners had the same views
-I use Arccos sensors, but was unable to insert the sensor into the top of the grip. Upon examination I could see metal showing through the hole in top of the grip, closing the shaft.
-I contacted KBS to ask if any of their shaft were closed, response was that they never offer closed shafts, and that if they were using weights to adjust swing weight then the weight is placed at the tip of the shaft not the butt end
-KBS also told me that genuine shafts have the model engraved at end under grip
-I contacted Caley to enquire as to why end was closed and to question whether shaft and grip were genuine, response took several days, said everything was genuine and offering no reason shaft was closed
- I asked to return under their warranty scheme but (again several days later) was told wedges were not covered once used
- Feel of club on course was ok, but didn’t find spin was better than my existing 3yo wedges. Took to Simulator to check and spin between Caley and 3yo TM wedge was similar (balls used were not constant)
—Asked Caley support if removing grip voided warranty, did not so removed grip to replace and found metal plug inserted in shaft end
-tape used to fix grip was very thin, and stopped 4cm from end of grip. Grip showed white glue like substance at lower point
-From KBS note there should have been a notation on the shaft, none was present
-Again tried Caley support, more than several days later I received a reply from their club builder, said the Chinese build used this thin tape, and that the metal plug inserted in end was for swing weight ( contrary to KBS statement)
-sent pictures of glue inside grip and short tape to Caley support again, they decided to stop responding to me

I have severe doubts that the grip and shaft used in manufacture are genuine Lamkin and KBS respectively, in future I’ll stick to the more established brands. I didn’t like leaving this review, really wanted to like the Caley club with a view to buying more but I’m regretting my decision. I also found the responses from their support team took several days at a minimum, slower than I would have expected. Just my opinion.
