No customer engagement to get a refund
Trying to get a refund on a top bought. Have sent emails and tried the number on the website for texting but still haven’t received a reply. It seems I’m not the only customer to have had a problem with refunds! Do not order from them unless you know you are going to keep your purchase, refund policy is non-existent.

Bought item which don’t fit and now trying to return back but there is no address for company and only email address. I got an contact as mobile but that is not helpful either. Sent multiple emails and also SMS but no response received. Finally received refund after comment made on here. Refund process needs to be reviewed to be simpler.
