Ordered from them on 20/11/24, had an email a few days later to say it has been dispatched. I emailed numerous times during December asking where my order was and also asked for a refund for when the items arrive as they have arrived after an occasion I originally ordered them for. The items arrived on 06/01/25, I have since been messaging on instagram and emailing for refund with no replies and now my emails keep bouncing back as “undelivered”!! £175 wasted which I cannot claim back! Disgusting customer service and items arrived in wrong sizes and awful quality! Would give them 0/5 if I could

I ordered 3 top on 13 dec 24 it’s now the 11 jan 25 still haven’t received them I’ve sent emails after emails to be told yes there looking into my order but can’t confirm that my order has been dispatched tho I have an email from 14 dec to say it’s been dispatched I’ve asked for a refund but they said they can’t issue a refund at this time I beware if you are ordering from this clothing company

Scam, steer well clear. Quality is awful and imported from china. Stopped replying to emails when asked for refund.

They shipped the wrong size shoes(I wear a 13 and they shipped what looks like a 10. They will not refund my money until I return the shoes to the UK at an astronomical cost.

Order number #4460 - I’ve raised a fraud case

Placed an order on the 6th of December now it’s been a full month and I haven’t received anything !
I emailed Cali-co only to be told it’s being shipped but on the tracking link they sent the package is still in China !

This is a possibility Scam site do not order.

SCAM do not buy, I purchased these items which state "high quality" but doesn't list what the product is made from. I tried to cancel my order they sent the items even though I requested to cancel. I raised a PayPal dispute, which closed because the seller got back right before the expiry date. They sent these items which I received after 4 weeks , one item is the wrong colour(website says 4-6 days) it was sent from china, however offices are stated to be in UK. I am now requesting refund. After 2 emails no response They only respond if you comment on Instagram, then they proceed to message you via DM ask for the order number and then no reply. Please trust me although items look good I have no idea what the materials are made from and I've pretty sure I saw the tops advertised on temu for alot less than what I paid

Scam - ordered 6/12 no answer to my email

Do not order. They take your money and do not send the items. They say it’s on the way then later say it’s out of stock or the delivery company is delayed. They copy and paste the same response.

Please do not fall into the trap they are not a reputable company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! absolute scam, they replied back to me saying product is out of stock, a week later they've got it in stock ( 6 in total they reckon) still haven't sent mine. Won't refund me total disgrace.

Scam as everyone else has said, offers a 2-4 day delivery ordered 19th Nov still not arrived! Customer services raises a "ticket' but clearly rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Awfully run company, took 4 weeks to arrive. Clothes were okay but didn’t fit right so sent it back and now been waiting 3 weeks. Haven’t heard anything from them and sent 3 emails to customer service with no reply. Save yourself the money and ball ache

Whatever you do, do not go near this company! Track button after purchase does not work. Fake. Very upset as bought Christmas presents and no idea whether they will ever arrive. Sadly I didn’t pay via credit card so will take up with my bank in new year.
Don’t make the same mistake as me Stay away !!! Disgusting people who take advantage of others. I hope karma one day bites you in the backside.

Scammers took my money email address is fake, I have. Reported to my bank it's fraud

This is a scam website on instagram. Ordered on 30.11.2024 and haven’t received my items it’s been 3 weeks. Everyone who has left a review that’s positive are fake as they have only left 1 review in total.
Stay away. Customer service don’t provide tracking number as there isn’t one.
Requesting charge back from credit card.
