This company market that they are a UK company when actually your order gets shipped from China and takes weeks not days to arrive. They also don’t do full refunds, if your order doesn’t fit etc.

Order over 3 weeks ago, nothing and no product

I ordered 2 hats from the website, which stated they would be delivered in 4-6 working days. It’s now been over 3 weeks, and still no delivery of the goods. I did manage to get a response during the first week from Charlie who seems is a one man band, but unfortunately he is now ignoring me and I have sent at least 4/5 emails to find out what’s happening with my order. £45.99 of my money is still in the hands of the business yet I have no products to show for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Terrible service. DO NOT USE! Ordered around 4 weeks ago and still received nothing. And no correspondence from CALI. In the end had to get my money back through asking my bank to step in.

They shipped the wrong size shoes and expected me to pay for the return shipping to the UK. The shipping cost is over $200 for a $50 pair of shoes. When the shoes arrived, the label showed an address of a warehouse in Queens, NY that they must store their inventory but they want me to return it to the UK for some reason. They have been slow to return emails and I am writing this because they are now taking way too long with no response. They should be banned from selling in the USA.

Too costly to return they offered a service of refunding 50% if I kept the product. I opted into that and have heard nothing again from them.

Never got my +100€ order !! Run it’s a SCAM

Not reliable. Return policy is terrible and you have to contact/mail/post a lot for your refund. After 6 weeks I still haven't received it. Very bad e-commerce company!

after ordering a couple polo shirts they came and were too small… I returned these items the very next day after delivery and ordered 2 larger polos.

Fast forward 3 weeks later and I still have not received a refund for the original order OR taken delivery of the new order. I have been emailing ‘Charlie’ through the company and the replies have now gone quiet. I am now going ahead opening a fraudulent case against them through my bank to try and get my money back.

Awful, awful company. I highly doubt they are even a legitimate business. They are Just using smart advertising through poplular apps such as instagram to entice innocent customers. Do not trade with this company you WILL run into issues.

Con men not received order placed 2 months back

Don’t order from this “company” at all costs. Don’t make the same mistake I did. They are scammers. I ordered a shirt that I changed my mind on within a few minutes of the order, I emailed to request them to cancel the order and refund me within those first few minutes. In their policy on their website it states that they allow 60 minutes to notify them to cancel the order. I gave clear instructions in my email, yet they tried to tip-toe around giving me my money back by offering a 20% partial refund, to which I responded that I want the full amount seeing as I reached out almost immediately to cancel. This Charlie fraudster waited till the next day once the order had been shipped to respond to me and say He can no longer cancel the order once it’s shipped.

Scam. Won't answer anything so you can't exchange or return any items

22.06.2024 BAD TO WORSE. I FINALLY RETURNED MY ITEMS TRACKED FIRST CLASS SIGNED FOR. NOW NO RESPONSE AT ALL AND NO REFUND PROCESSED

AVOID!! Unless you’re happy to take the risk on the product quality and that it will fit you don’t use this company. They responded once to my request of a refund then ignored my emails after that. Now I’m stuck with a £50 top that is poor quality and is too small.

I’m in between sizes so good job I didn’t order 2 sizes to try else I’d be left with 2 tops I won’t wear.

They obviously do a good job on social media to lure you in but I’d recommend not to use.

My order never arrived

Do not order from this company. The items arrived from China even though though advertise themselves as a UK based company. The packaging was awful and one of the items I ordered was nothing like the pictures on their website. I wanted to then return two of the items but they have no returns information on the website. I then emailed them but the email bounced back. I contacted Charlie who sent me a link to fill out for the returns, but it doesn't give you a return address. He then offered to refund me 50% of what I paid instead of processing a return which is something I have never come across before. After a lot of emails, he is now ignoring me and I am in the process of speaking to Trading Standards and my bank. Absolute scam and will never order from them again.
