I swear, this app is absolute rubbish. I just made 30 calls to pitch my service, and they banned my number claiming I was spamming. You can’t even make 30 calls on their $15 package it is a total wast... Ver más

Please Never use this App

I swear, this app is absolute rubbish. I just made 30 calls to pitch my service, and they banned my number claiming I was spamming. You can’t even make 30 calls on their $15 package it is a total waste of money. When I tried to contact support, they demanded a registered LLC in the USA, even though I am not from the US. On top of that, my identity verification keeps getting rejected. They keep telling me to upload original documents, but my documents are 100% real and the photos were taken with a clear camera in broad daylight. Please, I am warning everyone: do not ever use this app. It is a total scam—save your money!

Our service is legitimate, and accounts are not terminated without reason. Your account was more likely flagged by our automated monitoring systems due to unusual calling activity directed toward US numbers, which matched patterns commonly associated with cold calling or spam-related activity. As a regulated telecommunication provider, we are required to investigate such activity and ensure compliance with applicable telecom regulations and anti-spam policies.

For this reason, additional verification documents were requested. Identity verification is handled securely through our trusted KYC partner, ComplyCube, which reviews submitted documents according to strict compliance standards. Requests for supporting business documentation may also be required in certain cases involving high-risk traffic patterns or regulatory obligations.

We understand that verification processes can sometimes feel inconvenient, especially for international users, but these measures are necessary due to the regulations.

typical scam

typical scam! They clearly say on their webiste that you need to add credit for outgoing calls and SMS. When you aim to buy, you see the information that you need to have credit for inbound calls, and this information is contradicting with what is on the other page and made to fool you to buy rhe service and realize later you have to pay!

Great Support and Quick Service

Shitty app and service

Renewed my number for an year. After a few days went to login and was unable. Contacted support they claimed a refund request was made. Lost both my number and money.

I have tried multiple times to renew my…

I have tried multiple times to renew my account, but it has not been successful. Previously, it was working perfectly fine before the merged of VYKE. I even recommended your service to some of my friends.

Unfortunately, my main number expired and I lost access to it. This number is registered on multiple platforms, so it is very important for me to recover and renew it.

I have tried contacting support several times, but I have not received any response to my queries.

Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

My Experience With Call.com has been F Horible…

My Experience With Call.com has been horrible.. I cant Recommend to any User especially Africans. They stereotype a lot, rude customer support. Bought a number then tried to renew countless times until the number expired, only to find out they required KYc. After Uploading the KYC document, they claimed it was altered.. An Original Document altered! later on claimed they could not verify since its not clear. Very Anyhow People.... Bycot at all Cost. You will end up Loosing Clients and contacts!

Great concept and app

The service is really good and the app works perfectly. I'm able to have a second number without having to buy a mobile plan. I use it to make calls and send SMS without any issue. 100% would recommend!

I’ve had a very disappointing…

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Calldotcom/Vyke. My number isn’t being renewed and my account balance is not being updated, even though I’ve already tried multiple international and local cards. Instead of actually resolving the issue, they keep sending the same automated response every time.
It’s extremely frustrating because there is no real customer support, no proper troubleshooting, and no willingness to fix the problem. I’ve been left without service and without any helpful guidance.
I hope they improve their customer support and actually assist users instead of relying on automated replies.

You tried multiple times to use an address for the credit card transaction that we could not accept due to the regulations. In such cases, our response be the same each time. From our support system, I can see that this was resolved, and your number was in the end renewed. I hope this cleared things up for you. And if not, please email support@call.com

Useless service and poor customer follow up

I have had the service for nearly 2 years, but now it has completely fallen on its face. No incoming calls or SMS messages on my French number, promised to be sorted out in 2 weeks, and now on day 17, still not sorted. Offered 2 months free on the number, but doesn't help, as all my French artisans will only call a French number. This means missed deliveries and appointments. Inconvenient doesn't describe it.

We have since been approved for as a direct operator with the French authorities. Rerouting our old number ranges takes some time, and is a process we don’t control ourselves. French number has stopped working!

This was fine but now the French number does not work. the company has emailed admitting that there is a problem with their French provider and my number could be down for a couple of weeks or maybe never! It's been down a week so far and has caused huge inconvenience to me!
