Efficient, Responsive and Professional
From the very beginning of my association as a customer (February 2026) taking GP1/GLP1 I have found the Calleva Clinic to be efficient, responsive, straightforward and very professional to deal with. I was assigned an experienced practitioner who has kept in touch with me on a regular basis, who has reviewed progress with me and who has gone above and beyond what I would have expected with ancillary advice and support. I am not finished yet (June 2026) but I could not be happier.

We had a brilliant experience at Calleva Clinic when my son needed a blood test for his university admission. As a parent, I was a bit anxious about getting everything done correctly and on time, but the team put us completely at ease.
Dr. Rachel Chander was truly fantastic – warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. She spoke to my son with such kindness, explained everything clearly, and made sure he was comfortable throughout. The blood test was done quickly and painlessly, and my son actually left smiling!
The results came back very promptly, which was such a relief with our tight deadline. I am so grateful to Dr. Chander and the whole Calleva Clinic team for making what could have been a stressful process so smooth and positive.
I would recommend Calleva Clinic without hesitation for any of the facilities that they provide.

The Calleva clinic has been outstanding in every respect. The team are not only professional but also genuinely caring, creating an environment where I feel listened to and fully supported. The treatment plan was carefully tailored to my needs, and the innovative medicine has been highly effective. Unlike so many Mounjaro providers its a doctor led service with free video consultations with a doctor. My initial consultation was excellent and realy explored in depth whether it was suitable for me and what to expect.
treatment arrived exactly when promised.
Follow up consultation was also great and they had reserved stock for me (at old price) when so may online pharmicies had sold out before the price rise.
Being able to have a free follow up video consultation with a doctor whenever I choose is amassive benefit

I have been with Calleva Clinic for 8 weeks to help with my weight loss journey.
From the very first consultation with Zoe I have received very good care.
The reordering process is quick and efficient.
I truly feel the consultants treat you as an individual and look into how to support your weight loss in the best possible way.
The free monthly check-in & feedback is supportive and ensures you are on the correct pathway, if you have any questions or need advice, booking an appointment is quick and easy. I have used the chat feature, I found this very efficient and had my question answered within an hour.

Calleva clinic - great choice
My experience with using the Calleva Clinic is nothing short of amazing, great communication and Donna my clinican so so helpful, her explanation and guidance whilst starting and using Mounjaro is outstanding, I feel very supported and this is why I've chosen a dedicated clinic for this journey as opposed to an online pharmacy. I started my weight loss journey with the clinic in August. In that time I have lost well over 2 stone and have been encouraged every step of the way.
From the initial consultation which wasn’t just concerned about selling me the injection; it was about making sure it was the right product for me, how it would benefit other potential co-morbidities and advice and guidance on nutrition. Every month you have the option of on-line F2F review and obviously catch ups in the meantime you feel you need to. Truly professional and supported every step of the way.

Weight loss goals
I have lost over 3st in 3 months using mounjaro with a calorie controlled diet, combining 3 to 4 x60min workouts a week. Sleep apnea, gone, hypertension, completely reversed.
I was quite anxious due to possible side effects associated with mounjaro, which have made the press recently, therefore I was keen to avoid using an online supplier, rather than have the medical expertise of a qualified GP who specialises in weight loss.
Dr Rachel Chander at the Calleva Clinic has been superb, easy access and quickly responding to any queries with helpful information and advice to support my continued weight loss goals.
I feel like a different person and barely recognise my own reflection!
Highly recommended.

Life changing!
I don't normally do online reviews but as the treatments have been life changing I wanted to pass on my thanks! The doctor was up front on what is and will be available on the NHS, so I liked the honesty. As I would not be eligible on the NHS for now I decided to go down with this private route. It works out to only £6 to £7 per day and can have online appointments with the same doctor which is super.
I've lost 2 stones so far, my knee pain and breathing is much better. My sister is going to sign up now as well!

Glad I started.
My friend recommended Calleva Clinic and I'm so glad I used them. I have done so many diets and courses like weight watchers but really struggled to lose weight. Being able to have the free GP video appointments every month has been so helpful to guide me as it's important to stick to a diet plan as well. I'm feeling really positive as I'm pre-diabetic and hoping to reverse it!
