I appreciated the anecdotes that connected me to the value of the product but I wished for more upfront pricing information to decide if this was a product that would fit in my budget. Ultimately, I decided it did. I am glad there is a program that addresses differing needs in tempering alcohol use.

They claimed to offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you don’t like the app. I used it for seven days, canceled my membership, had a couple emails with customer service and when I asked them for my money back, they’ve completely ghosted me

I had a charge on my credit card that was not correct. I contacted Calmio to advise and to my surprise I received an email back from Teresa assuring me that the incorrect charge would be rectified immediately and a refund processed. I can happily say I received the refund without question. Pleasantly surprised!
