Great for former smokers and those trying to quit-We have been using these for about 2 mths now and really like them -

My goal wasn't to quit smoking overnight because I know that isn't realistic for everyone. I simply wanted to reduce my nicotine intake gradually by using a nicotine-free alternative when I felt the urge to smoke. So far it's been a helpful addition to that process. It's not something I expect to solve everything instantly, but it's definitely helped me move in the direction I wanted.

Love these. Quit smoking 2 1/2 yrs ago did have a diffrent brand that was vitiamins as well but they won’t ship to ny and these have a much better flavor that lasts longer
