Exceptional Service from Kenny at Calor
We would like to give a special mention to Kenny at Calor for the exceptional service he provided from start to finish.
From his initial contact with us, Kenny made the whole process incredibly easy. He arranged our order, kept everything moving, and personally saw it through every stage to completion. We had very little involvement ourselves because he was always one step ahead, anticipating what needed to happen next and arranging everything on our behalf.
What made the experience even more impressive was that the entire process was handled so efficiently through messaging. Communication was clear, prompt and professional throughout, and we always felt that everything was being taken care of.
Kenny’s attention to detail, initiative and commitment went far beyond what we expected. It is rare to receive this level of personal service, and we genuinely appreciate the effort he put in to make the whole experience completely hassle-free for us.
Today, we wanted to thank Kenny with a small gift, but he very kindly declined and instead asked us to donate the money to charity. In recognition of his kindness, we have donated €100 on his behalf to Donegal Cancer Flights.
A truly exceptional representative and a real credit to Calor. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kenny and hope his outstanding customer service is recognised and appreciated.

The seamless change over from oil to gas
The ease with which everything happened. From initial contact, Kenny was on site within a day. He give me all the information I required and recommended an installer who was on site to check the requirements of the install within a few days. Kenny had the whole process well organised and always checked in to ensure everything was going to plan. Now with everything up and running for a few weeks I am very happy with the system and delighted I choose Calor gas.

Kenny was a pleasure to deal with
Kenny was a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning, he explained the whole process of installing our gas & kept in contact throughout until our gas was set up and running, our gas was installed in February and he still sends follow up messages to make sure everything is still running ok, excellent service.

People now days only bother writing a review and complain about a service or product. This is exactly why I owe a thank you as credit and acknowledgment is due.
From the moment The Calor rep Anna (Kildare) came out to meet me to the moment of install of the tank and base she couldn’t have been more helpful. I want to say thank you for all the guidance and help and will be onto you shortly to do the same in my parents home also. I also want to say thank you to Lorraine in the office who answered the numerous queries I had and helped throughout the whole process.

I have just renewed my Calor Gas contract after I spoke with Emily, who was extremely helpful and informative. Any concerns & questions I had were answered by Emily in a concise and very polite manner. I appreciate Emily's patience answering all my questions. This is how Customer Service should be in any company. Emily is a credit to Calor Gas with her polite and professional manner.
