Zdecydowanie odradzam Calypso Fitness (pakiet FitMy).
Zarejestrowałam się tylko na stronie internetowej, nie korzystałam z siłowni ani nie podpisywałam żadnych dokumentów — a mimo to zaczęli naliczać opłaty i wysyłać wezwania do zapłaty.
Dla mnie wygląda to jak nieuczciwa praktyka, bo rejestracja online od razu oznacza zawarcie umowy, o czym nikt wyraźnie nie informuje.
Obsługa klienta nie pomaga, jedynie powtarza regulamin.
Uważajcie – jeśli nie chcecie, żeby was naciągnęli na pieniądze, nie rejestrujcie się nawet online.

Byłem w wielu krajach świata, ale jeszcze nigdzie nie spotkałem takich oszustów i naciągaczy, którzy w podstępny sposób aktywują automatyczne obciążenia karty.

Kupiłem miesięczny karnet do tego klubu fitness. Skorzystałem z niego i zapomniałem. Nikt z Calypso nie poinformował mnie wprost, że zgodnie z dokumentem „Regulamin_Fit_Ja_BFC_oferta-regularna_20012025.pdf” JEDYNĄ możliwą formą płatności za ich usługi są płatności cykliczne (automatycznie aktywują przedłużenie karnetu), co prowadzi do powstania zadłużenia.

Bardzo bym chciał, żeby twórcy tego klubu zostali sprawiedliwie potraktowani przez karmę, ponieważ po przeczytaniu innych opinii zrozumiałem, że takich osób są dziesiątki tysięcy w całym kraju.

I bought a one-month gym pass. I used it and forgot about it. Nobody from Calypso clearly informed me that according to the document "Regulamin_Fit_Ja_BFC_oferta-regularna_20012025.pdf", the ONLY possible payment method for their services is recurring payments (they automatically activate pass renewal), which eventually leads to debt accumulation.

I sincerely hope that the creators of this gym get what they deserve from karma, because after reading other reviews, I realized there are tens of thousands of people like me across the country.

I used the gym for 1 month, in the last weeks I left the country and did not live there anymore - and they decided to count me the next month (although I never used it).
They billed and extorted money through collectors for services that were never provided.
Fraud in its purest form. I have NEVER been in the hall for the period - but I have to pay PLN 200.
Of course, I will not pay, and their collector friends can send these bills as much as they want.
