No help at all both me and me wife…
No help at all both me and me wife applied and no joy as needed money to buy car but declined us due to affordability which is strange as car finance passed no problem after the time it takes to apply and all hassle I wouldn’t bother again you get left waiting for them to say no very disappointing

We assess loans on ability and willingness to repay and as we are regulated by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we must ensure that we complete several checks when we assess a loan therefore, although anyone can apply for a loan, not everyone is guaranteed a loan.
