Absolutely first class experience from start to finish . I dealt with Louis who was phenomenal at answering emails .
They made me a really fair offer which they honoured when they received the cameras and equipment and payment was made the same day . And they paid the postage and collection cost.
No hesitation in recommending them to anyone with a camera to sell !!

I had a number of old cameras that needed moving on as part of decluttering process. I wrote to Camera Resale with what I thought was an honest assessment of my cameras.
Camera Resale were very prompt and courteous and gave me an offer straight away.
I packed the cameras well and stuck on the pre paid sticker. Within a day they replied saying the offer stood and I received my money the next day.

From first contacting the company through to receiving the payment for our unwanted camera equipment, the service from Camera Resale was excellent. Louis kept in touch regularly, in a courteous, helpful manner, fully explaining each stage and with detailed information about the collection process for the cameras from our home. So refreshing to receive such great customer service in this day & age.

Initial contact was by using the form on their website, attached photos and descriptions of all the equipment I had accumulated whilst clearing a relative's house. Had no idea if anything was working. Received what sounded to me like a fair estimate so used their Royal Mail service to send the items for free the following day. Two days later I received an email confirming the estimated price which I accepted and the funds were in my bank account the following morning. Overall, a very easy and stress-free experience.

Easy company to deal with. Prompt and friendly reply to my initial enquiry, free postage on Royal Mail to convey my gear, collected from your home if needed. The best thing is that they accept a wide variety of equipment types and ages, compared to others who either want only relatively recent products, or who will only "cherry pick" certain types of gear. Fast payment at the end of the process!
