Kirsty has been managing my rental property for over a year and in that time has done an excellent job tackling unexpected building repairs and some complex personalities. We currently have some repairs underway and she has arranged the work efficiently despite some difficult arrangement schedules.

Camerons have been my agent since I bough the property in 2014 and I have been keen to continue my relationship with them ever since. At one point they stood up to a tenant who took us to the Ombudsman to try to leave the property before his tenancy was over and damaged the flat. They won the case on all but one very minor point.

Their administration of the safety rules, new government legislation, and the rental payments has been perfect, with no errors and all payments working correctly.

I would heartily recommend them and Kirsty to prospective landlords.

I’ve always found Kirsty to be pro active with her responses and actions all issues at the earliest convenience.

Her professional attitude and behaviour is a credit to not only herself but also Camerons as a company.

I have always felt that Kirsty has gone above and beyond with the communications I have had with her.

I have been renting via Cameron Estate Agents (Uxbridge branch) for almost a year now. I have had positive experiences all around especially the interactions I have had regarding the property and any issues. Kirsty Padda is the property manager for my flat and she is nice and quick at responding to my questions/ concerns. No complaints with my experience so far.

Had terrible experience with seller accepted my offer, applied for Morgage then lost the Morgage product because seller changed her mind .. agency confirmed that seller keen to sell as she is moving abroad .. they wasted my time.. there was no valid reason .. agency put back the flat for sale again with a higher price .. they made me loose time and money .

Cameron has been my management agents for my property for over ten years and I’m always impressed by their professionalism and expertise in looking after my tenants and the property. Recently my flat suffered an escape of water caused by the outside water supply main pipe. Thanks to the proactive actions of Property Manager Janet Palmer who immediately sent contractors onsite, the damage to the interior of the property was minimised. Having spoken to other flat owners impacted by the flooding I am aware how much damage was averted to my property due to Janet’s quick actions.
