Ordered a messenger bag on 09/25/25, and all I received was a shoulder strap. No reply to any of the emails I sent to customer service.
I was a bit disappointed with an order (DNC Parka) since it was missing a tag on the back despite the good condition it was advertised in. I made a request for an exchange, explaining my situation.
I eventually decided against it with assurance from the CS rep Betsy that it was real regardless of the tag, as well as realizing it'll be a hassle on both sides if I pursue it. Betsy gave me a 10% discount (refund) on the item thereafter which was an unexpected but very kind gesture.
Seems like some genuine people do run this site, so I have some good faith coming back and looking at their wares again.
Extremely long shipping times, and will cancel your order if you don't basically beg them to tell you where it is. 0/10 customer service, rude as hell
