Hi, just leaving this review for camperkings outstanding customer service. We had a fault with the canvas on our pop top roof which they checked on our annual habitation check and agreed,shortly after was contacted with an appointment to have the whole canvas replaced which came back perfect with no cost. Then after a while our bed started a very annoying squeek after contacting them they booked us in and replaced the whole bed frame which now coming up to a years use is perfect with no squeaking and to top it off they give us a free habitation check to compinsate for our travel and petrol cost. Outstanding these guys know how to run a business. Thanks Paul

I’ve just purchased my first Campervan from CamperKing and I am not disappointed!
James the salesman was brilliant, gave me a full tour of the van and answered all my questions with ease. He kept me informed throughout the whole purchase process.
A massive benefit for me from buying from CamperKing was the home delivery and handover service. Gary did an excellent handover, showing me how everything worked and gave other general hints and tips from his own experience. I’d have struggled to pick up the van being on my own.
I also love the warranties that CamperKing provide, it’s great reassurance.
Highly recommend.

Excellent service and large choice of campervans
The process from start to finish was great, from meeting Simon on our first visit and then from Danny at the handover. Fantastic service, very professional, helpful and explained everything so well, nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased a brand new van for £65000
Purchased a brand new van for £65000. As soon as the money was transferred emails went from being replied to within an hour to within one week. Van had several faults, reversing camera not working, bed not locking down, flickering lights, fridge not working, various electrical warnings on the dash. Took 5 months to get 80% of these fixed but still can’t use the van. Post sales customer service is shocking, complete disregard for sale of goods act and now no choice but to go down the legal route.
Replied to this review within 24 hours and yet 7 days on still awaiting a reply to my previous emails..... clear where priorities lie

If you’re considering buying a campervan, I would highly recommend that you make a visit to Camper King. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. All staff are welcoming friendly and definitely not pushy. Richard spent so much time with us explaining all the different variations and configurations that were possible including those that you could style and configure yourself. This was so useful in helping us decide on what we wanted in our van. The range of vans on display was vast and presented to an excellent standard. Again we were never put under any pressure to make a choice and they were happy for us to make alterations to our chosen van. The sales process with Danny was really well explained and straightforward; they do all the heavy lifting for you.
Our van, including all the alterations, was ready for collection in less than 10 days and again the handover was thorough and straightforward.
We are delighted with our purchase and would recommend Camper King without hesitation, great vans, lovely relaxed environment and thoughtful experienced staff.

Very disappointing after sales service
Very disappointing after sales service. Purchased T6 camper from CamperKing, rang to book in for a habitation check and promised a call back, no call. Rang again the following day, again promised a call back, four days later no call. It’s as though I am begging for a booking. This has been consistent since the purchase. They are great when selling the van, but my experience of customer care is very very poor.

Habitation check done with all niggles fixed and explained. Very professional friendly atmosphere with good advice on other products in what is possibly the best accessory store I’ve seen.

Camper kings really are the best!.. I’ve spent 4/5 months going around looking at different vans and companies, but once we went to camper kings, the price and quality was just right.. they had vans for everyone in every shape and style too… the guys and girls pulled out all the stops met all our needs.. went way above our expectations! Great experience,James our salesman was top class explained everything step by step bought 68 plate T6 LWB origionally built by Camperking owners part exchanged for a 2023 model James said it would be ready in 10 days and it was. The handover was a great experience too ,was in the showroom on arrival roof up doors open fully valeted cant thank him and camperking enough. Based on our experience i wouldnt hesitate in recommending them to anyone, We were let down badly by a previous so called big company and James and camperking delivered the experience we were after well done and keep up the good work .

We bought a 6 year old camper last week and the team were extremely helpful. The van was meticulously prepared for us (it is a thing of beauty) and we are confident they are on hand should we need them in the future.

Great Aftercare
I bought a camper in 2021 from Camperking and decided recently to add an extra cupboard door. Camperking very kindly (and free of charge) sent me an appropriate off-cut of the right finish ply to make the door. They were excellent in communication too! Very happy.

Never again!……..
Never again!……..travelled to camperking on Wednesday to have a sunshade fitted, arrived at the appointed time of 9.30am, was advised by the advisor should take to long, should be done by mid afternoon( I believe that to be 2/3pm?)….duly arrived back at 2pm, at 3.30pm still nothing, asked about its progress, was advised just finishing it off!!……4.30pm still nothing, asked again to be told the same, finally left at 5pm, got home to find the cleanliness they’d left the van in was appalling!!…..oil and grease marks all down the side of the van, sadly I believe there reputation goes before them, they have won service awards!!!…..not sure how on my experience, a very arrogant company
