I had order a Fiamma back box of these that hasn't been delivered and they have sent me a fraudulent piece of paper with a fake signature on it and are saying it been delivered but not to me avoid at all cost James from there has no costumer service

Emailed the company twice and also contacted them on their own "contact us" website page with no response.
Now in the process of making a claim through my credit card.
Update.
After a phone call from the company and a sincere apology and explanation I am now happy with the outcome of the situation.
