Double and Triple Check before checking out
The Campus Classics site had an "auto add" on the go to cart page and it added items to my order without my noticing. It was not until I OK'd the pymt method that I saw. so I tried to cancel the order right away - moments later, not the next day, or a week later - and I am being charged a 15% restocking fee???
I have been ordering from them for about 20 years and I think they are using a new vendor - WATCH OUT.
POOR QUALITY
POOR QUALITY! Thin and imperfections in the material!!! Shipped dirty!!!
HORRIBLE customer service!!
They told me to wash the sweatshirt because the machine they use makes marks.
The other sweatshirt is also poor quality & must be irregular because the arms and body are so long fits like a dress.
Since I had no help with emails I called. They said they sent a return label for the irregular one but they DID NOT!! He said he would resend and did not!! I checked everday and in spam nothing!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Cheapest quality possible
I ordered a sweatshirt for my son. It arrived and I was surprised at the poor quality. I paid $40 for a $13 Jerzees sweatshirt and the fraternity logo isn't even straight. I have had better luck in the past but this one is garbage.

I found the clothing to be substandard and cheap. They refuse to issue a credit back to the credit card on any returns but rather issue a store credit so you can buy more substandard product.
I would not do business with this company again until they improve the quality of the product and change their return policy.
Any retailer who is not willing to return the customer's money based on the quality of their product should not be in business in my opinion.

The order took way too long to fulfill
The order took way too long to fulfill. We ordered extra early for a Christmas gift and then when finally sent (near Christmas time), the package got lost with UPS - no fault of the store, but had they packed and shipped earlier, we would have had time to better fix. The store was helpful in helping us make a lost claim. The product did finally arrive once located and in good shape. Good quality. Otherwise, all was good.

When we received our order we loved the hoodie but the drawstring had a flaw. We reached out to the Campus Classics Customer Service. They acknowledge the problem and exchanged the hoodie ASAP. We look forward to doing more business with this company. It is very hard to find a company with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Great products and although turnaround time from order to deliver took longer than expected, it was well worth the wait. Our son absolutely loves his gear! Keep up the great work!
Crooked custom job.
The grey sweatshirt that we ordered had the letters seen on crooked and not centered. I am not able to return it as it was a custom order. Not happy as it was expensive.
Takes too long to ship
Unfortunately, it took over a month for my order to ship.
Shipping cost is too high under these circumstances as now, once the gift is received, I will have to pay to ship it to the recipient.

This company should offer returns
This company should offer returns. As a customer, the company makes you pay extra to cover the cost of shipping to your house. They aren't the ones who have to cover the shipping cost so they would be at no loss offering returns to customers. I should be able to ship the order back on my expense and at the very least be given a return opportunity. On top of this it takes days for the order to be filled and be handed over to the shipping company. Don't order anything unless your okay with it coming two weeks later.

My son loves the shirts I got him for Christmas. I searched all the Greek wear stores and they had the most unique designs and the quality is outstanding! Thank you, we will be back!

Quality is great. Best part is although I ordered late for Christmas, the order was delivered on Christmas morning, right in time for wrapping and putting under the tree! I was thrilled and so was my college son!

I ordered two items. Was worried they wouldn't get here for Christmas as shipping dates were after Xmas & New Year. Both arrived in time(2nd item arrived on 12/24)! Daughter loves them, especially the hoodie! She was looking for a hoodie that was not long in the torso. This one fits her perfectly!
