We use sports, fitness, outdoor activities, creative workshops, and community engagement to help build confidence, trust, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour. Families, schools, mentors, and referring professionals work together to provide consistency, structure, and realistic goals for each young person. All mentors and support staff are DBS checked and work within clear safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional conduct procedures.
