From small beginnings in the 1990s, CanaDream has grown into one of the largest RV rental and sales companies in Canada. Our focus is to deliver the most exceptional experience for our Guests and Customers as they experience Canada at their own pace. CanaDream has the only certified "Winter Ready" RV (the Maxi Motorhome), designed to allow full use of the water facilities in temperatures as low as -30 degrees C. CanaDream offers a wide range of help and support to Guests planning and travelling on their RV Rental vacations - with over 40 pre-planned itineraries to chose from, free membership of the CanaDream Club and exclusive fuel savings ... just some of the benefits for CanaDream Guests. Thank you for your review. We are happy you enjoyed your CanaDream experience. It was a pleasure having you as our Guests.
Great new units, some small customer service hiccups
The truck was brand new (2025) and so was the camper (2024). Both were fantastic and had zero operating issues (other than the gray and black tanks reading much more full than they actually are). The website was easy to use, and check in/out was very straightforward.
My only two issues are 1) that there was a camp chair add-on selected that I didn’t want, and both the website and the staff person at check-in were unable to remove it from the booking. So I paid $16 for a chair I didn’t need or want.
The second was that they had forgotten to turn on the fridge before we picked up the unit so a bunch of our food that we came prepared with spoiled much easier/quicker then it should have.
At checkout I was charged an additional $130 for being 262km over the 1750km I purchased with the plan, which is fair, but I figured they could have at least taken $16 off the charge as I had given them 7 days to figure it out. We also had completely cleaned and drained the unit as a show of good faith even though I paid for the drop and go package. Oh well.
Overall the truck/camper itself was top quality and high performing.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding the lawn chair. The note in your booking at pickup does say that you tried to remove it but goes on to say that if it was already in the unit its fine, you will take it. If this is not the case, please email guestservice@canadream.com and we will arrange to refund you for this. We are happy you enjoyed the truck and camper and hope we can welcome you back in the future. It was a pleasure having you as our Guests.
Tents are for suckers!
Everything from pickup to drop off was pretty darn painless. You'd think renting a giant driving apartment would be a pretty tricky process but it went well! And the RV was very well taken care of. I can't think of one thing that wasn't great

The friendly and welcoming staff made using Canadream a breeze. Jasleen patiently answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns. The unit was clean and ready to go on time. Our responsibilities were clearly outlined and we felt confident in our ability to use all the features the Deluxe Van offered. We were so happy with everything we are going again next month!

We are sorry that we were unable to provide you with the SVC you booked. Accidents and breakdowns occasionally mean that we need to provide a substitute vehicle and this happened in your case. The substitute vehicle was the closest match to your booked vehicle. We see you were offered and accepted compensation as a result of this change and hope you did enjoy your RV vacation. Thank you for being our Guests.

Unit was clean and ready for me
Unit was clean and ready for me. The only downfall is that they have no parking on site to leave your vehicle, so you have rely on someone to take you there and pick you up. It is very expensive to have them deliver to you.
