I haven’t received my order, When emailing customer services they say they won’t reply for 5 days so I can’t even find out what’s happened. Communication definitely need improvement as at the moment I feel I have just been scammed.

I received my securely packaged items with a compliment slip thanking me. When I had an issue with a previous order,the customer service was excellent.

Got my product in time, even though it had to be shipped to another country. Product was packed with care and is exactly what I ordered.

Placed an order for the first time with Candour but was reassured by the good reviews. I was not disappointed! Item was dispatched the day after I placed the order and I received it the day after. Packaged very well and with a nice hand written note.

As a costumer from Germany I was very pleased with the order process and shipping by Candour Beauty. They complied perfectly with the estimated delivery date, the shipping fees were high, but I did not have to pay any extra customs (my order was under 40€) and my parcel arrived in perfect condition.

I ordered from lashify and paid for express delivery (1-2 business days). I have not received any information from the company about when my order will be delivered. I am worried that this is an illegitimate website.
