I placed an order today and had a great experience. A couple of items I wanted were out of stock and discontinued, but they called me right away to offer similar replacements. I was really impressed with how quickly they handled it. They also said my order would ship this afternoon. Excellent customer service!
Shipped fast, and arrived with good packaging and in all it's pieces. I specifically ordered a soda pack from here because the packaging was giftable, and I am glad I did because it looked great. The mystery candy box was cute too.
Normally I wouldn't take the time to write a review, but seeing how Blooms had no reviews on Trustpilot at the time of this rating (and how everyone loves to use this site for complaints,) I thought I would express my satisfaction with this shop.
Seeing how I always wanted to visit their physical store but could not because they are too far away, I decided to bite the bullet and order from their website, wanting to scratch a weird candy and soda fix. And I must say, not only are their prices fair, but this is generally the best experience I've ever had ordering online in general. And this is coming from a 21 year old with a lego and toy addiction.
Not only did my order arrive quickly, but it was packed in some of the best packaging I've ever seen. There is NO WAY any of those sodas are even going to be remotely damaged, plus they threw in a free gift with some nice candy facts! Among this, a few items were out of stock and were promptly refunded with questions if I would like to cancel my order.
I cannot even write how happy I was with my experience here. Hopefully one day I can visit their store as well!
