Definitely wouldn’t order candy or anything of this website again. One of the crisps I received came damaged, kindly enough I didn’t go to refund it because it would have been a hassle. The prices on some items need fixing (lowering prices) but overall I’d rate it a 3 ish. Not to mention it did take a while to arrive.

If I could give more then five stars I would gladly, great tik tok shop and amazing customer service with great selection of products to keep a foodie like myself happy with those little treats and trending snacks to try. Will continue to buy from them, fast delivery. I loved the wax candy bottles , the spicy noodles and the Dubai chocolate next to try is the coffee creamers that I don’t see anywhere else they look divine.

Ordered Prime bottles and they never came. Suipping company said contact seller. Poor communication on seller part, after 3 months of waiting, still nothing and seller is not responding. Unfortunate as it seems like a good source for treats.

The flavour of two items were different to what I ordered but other than that it was ok

My items were not actually delivered and were sent to a post office quite far from me which is annoying as I will now have to spend more money to get it, Disappointed with the delivery. Will come back and leave a review once I get the items

When e-mailing them they say they will look into this but never came back to me.
Total scam this website. Please avoid.

I got 4 prime hydrations shipped halfway around the world from Dublin to Saskatchewan. Great price, swift delivery and the packaged great. The bottles showed up better than perfect

Dear Candy Cave. I paid 90€ for two packages - I bought two large ones. They are a gift for my sons. Maybe there are smaller than I expected, but I admit that I do not know the prices of sweets, but the products are nice and varied - we will discover whether they are tasty. I highly recommend.

Candy cave have an exciting range of products that are coveted by my children. Make great gifts and rewards. Easy to purchase and delivered quickly. Customer service has been excellent if a problem os encountered.

Scammed me, sent me wrong bottles… so i got something i didnt need cause i already have a lot of those… and dont want to refund me

20 days in and my order hasn't dispatched, only ordered 1 thing so it's not like there's a massive order to do, it's been a great let down. Was hoping it was a genuine site 😕 will update if my order arrives. Can't be that genuine or you wouldn't have forgotten my order 🤷🏼‍♀️ will use candlyland instead.

Got my highly collectible prime bottles after a long search as I couldn’t find them anywhere and the service was excellent I can just hope now they will be worth a fortune in the future,

I placed my order on a Friday and received it on the Monday. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround.

My order took a while because of supply problems but they replied to my e.mails straight away when enquiring about my order. They also posted a couple of news letters explaining about reasons for the delays. Can't say fairer than that.
