The Best Around!

Todd Canham sold two of my properties in Lanzarote, and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided.
Kept me informed all the way through and was at the end of the phone for any questions or issues.
Advertised with alot of different agents but by far Todd was the best and felt like he was working 24/7 on trying to get the best outcome and sale for my properties.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Todd was always on top of everything, keeping me informed at every stage and making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and hassle-free.

I would highly recommend Canham Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell property, and I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I would highly recommend buying your home in Lanzarote through Canham Real Estate. Todd Canham is amazing to deal with, so easy to speak to and very reassuring. From start to finish he listened to everything we were looking for in a home and not only did he find us our dream home that ticked all the boxes but he also found it in our ideal area of Playa Blanca. Todd really goes above and beyond. He knows the real estate over here so well and makes the process enjoyable instead of stressful. We cant thank Todd enough for all he has done for us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
