Not much communication after applying at their page. Contacted them via WhatsApp and got some feedback. Service is obviously overloaded. Got my certificate after 4 days though.
In the meantime I bought without certificate in my regular shop without a certificate.
It’s better to have one if you get checked (by whom??) or fly domestically with stash on you. Otherwise you get everything as before. TiT

They require full KYC verification just to get a prescription. On top of uploading a passport, they expect you to hold it in your hand and take a selfie on camera. Who are they to demand this level of sensitive personal data? Avoid this service.

We are a licensed medical service operating under Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health requirements. A prescription is a regulated medical document, so we must verify that the applicant is the person shown on the submitted identification. The live selfie with the passport helps prevent impersonation, identity misuse, and prescriptions being issued under false details.
We collect this information only for patient identification, medical compliance, and record-keeping, not for marketing, and store it securely in accordance with the requirements applicable to licensed healthcare providers in Thailand.
Anyone who does not wish to complete verification may choose not to proceed.
