Faulty Product and No Refund from the Seller
The remote control did not deliver what was promised in the advertisement. The software was faulty and very slow. When I requested a refund, I was given an address. The return shipment arrived at the retailer quite quickly. However, I never received my money back from the retailer. After repeatedly contacting them without any response, I eventually received the refund from Visa.

We have build Haptique from ground and the software may be overwhelming but not slow. It works with major brands and products today. We have introduced support for IR learning and RF extension. Your product is not yet in our possession and nor we have tested it but against your dispute for chargeback we immediately accepted it and approved to refund. We would have disputed the charge back and hold back but we do not have such policy to make our users unhappy. May be in future you would like to give us another try.
