I have just received my first order from Canterbury House Jewellers and I'm so happy with my order and the service I've received. My order was a lama nomination charm and it's beautiful . After I placed my order I had regular correspondence updating me about my order and when I would receive it. It arrived very quickly in a lovely nomination box and gift bag, which is so nice as it's for a gift.
My order arrived well packaged and has been a pleasant shopping experience.

Recently we visited Canterbury House in search of a piece of jewellery for a present, we were very specific in our requirements and had previously been unable to find anything to meet with these. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating especially Martin and Tiff who both went beyond the call of duty to assist us in finding an appropriate gift. Following a search through some catalogues they contacted suppliers and we eventually arranged to have something made to order which fulfilled our specifications. During this time they have kept us fully informed and updated with regard to delivery dates and have even arranged gift wrapping. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience and would recommend them without hesitation

This was a staged process. Lost my diamond in my 20yr old engagement ring.
Sent the ring away and received a cost. This had to then go to our insurers. Superb speed of service and quote reasonable. Insurance paid and I then chose a superb lab grown diamond within the selection in the shop. I had to add more money to this but it has been so worth it. Had to wait for a slight resize.
All I can say is - just ask! There is nothing that is too much trouble with Canterbury. Have patience, it is such a great shop for a wander round. There is no excuse to not find a gift for any family member in this place - I dare you ♥️♥️♥️

Really happy with my ring, I took it in, to have a stone replaced, was told all claws were well worn, and that, it would have to be sent off, and the place it would be sent to, was really busy.was told an estimated price, and that they would ring me, to let me know how much it was going to be. They rang me to ask if I wanted to go ahead, and then was told a price. I agreed to the price, and they told me they go ahead with getting it repaired, it wasn’t long, before another phone call, to say it was ready to be picked up. Thank you, to everyone involved, my ring is back safe and sound, and, I am very happy. Thank you.
