Canto has been an incredible resource for managing our huge library of digital assets. We are more organized than ever, and the ease of use for our clients and suppliers has been fantastic. We love how Canto works on all internet platforms, shows a thumbnail preview of almost all file types (.eps, .ai, .pdf, etc) for easy recognition, is easy to use for all of our users, and the customer service is quick to respond and find a solution for any and all issues.

Before CANTO, all of our images were missing tags and in separate locations making it time-consuming to find what we needed. We had been wanting to tag and properly organize our images and files, but were only using windows file explorer and metadata and files were in different folders on different computers and servers.

Digital asset management through Canto has helped our organization tremendously. It does everything we wanted, times 10.

We are starting to have our sales team use it too, which has alleviated much of the searches our team previously had to run.

The set up took some time to get right, but it was worth it to be able to search our image library with the tags and keywords that are specific to our industry and company.

Canto is a great tool for managing and sharing digital assets. It's a great way to make your work easier and save time. The service runs smoothly and in about 2 years without any downtime. We'd love to see more tips & tricks and tutorials for your daily work.

It wasn't easy to find the right DAM to manage our pictures. Canto was easy to set up and it is for nearly everybody self-explanatory. It convinced us with its role & rights concept, good thumbnails, support for nearly every datatype and an understandable metadata-management.

The option to set up portals helps us to spread our media to different target groups.

The Software is easy to use. You can Customize nearly everything how you want to.

The Price is fair for all the Details you can use.

In the past we'd used a system that our customers struggled to use, we were spending hours each week answering emails or talking to people on the phone, trying to talk them through how to login, how to find images or work out why they weren't finding an image that we knew was there. With Canto there's none of that, it works for all our partners, everyone is able to use it with ease. It’s saving a huge amount of time not having to answer all those emails and questions. It's also far easier to use from our side, uploading images and data is easy. Switching to Canto has made a big difference from our side and the customer side.

A lot more affordable than media silo. The UI still needs to be polished, but over its a good product for the cost associated with it. Great mini-sites to allow for easy brand assets sharing with external partners. And the reporting tool is not bad either.

This tool is a good cloud storage solution. We have been using this tool for almost 2 years now. My only complaint is the UI. It’s not very intuitive at times.

I chose Canto for its ease of use (UX) and reasonable price tag were easily the deciding factor for an organization our size (less than 50 people). Being able to add metadata, include geo-location of the photo, and managing duplicates/versioning are some of my favorite features of Canto. It also doesn't hurt that I can access the DAM assets using some of my favorite Adobe products. Lastly, they're always adding new features.

Building out the folders can feel a bit clunky, but you quickly get use to it. Dragging a 'collection' from one folder to another folder isn't really as simple as I think it should be.

Our organization primarily needed a library so that our team could share assets with one another. We create a lot of our own assets (photos, videos, illustrations, etc...), and we needed place that would be easily accessed from anywhere as well as place for storage and safe keeping. The biggest asset for me is that I can edit an image and change the versioning directly in the software. That allows other designers/digital producers to use the best version of that photo rather than starting from scratch every time.

Creating a portal is also incredibly beneficial when you need to share your assets with media contacts. Easy to setup and easy to share.

Canto has been amazing and has made our workflow so much more streamlined and efficient. The sharing feature is amazing for external partners or clients and has so many options for sharing platforms. The technical support is great and the staff is fabulous at finding answers in a timely manner.

This software really allowed for easy collaboration among staff members when using our digital pictures and videos. Very easy to use and great user interface.

Canto is a great product to manage all of your digital assets in one place. External portals are ready to brand and share with clients. The platform is user friendly and can be quickly setup and customized.

I am the administrator for our Canto account and I love working with Canto. The best feature is the ability to share files with customers, vendors and internal staff whether they have an account or not. Also clients have told me that they really like Canto, as it is so easy to navigate.

Great tool to use to find and search for images for marketing materials. Would definitely recommend to other companies.

Canto is a very helpful tool which helped us to gather all our digital assets into a dedicated platform, ready to be consulted and used at multiple level within our organizations. During our research for a DAM, we went into various platforms, none had an easy user interface ready to use except Canto. Canto Support team is always ready to fulfill our improvement requests and customized integrations. I would also recommend Canto for his value for money, extremely competitive and for the multiple platform integrations such as with Adobe, Office, Sitecore.

Canto is an easy to use, great way to manage digital assets in a shared manner. The ability to link to wordpress makes website updates quick and easy.

We are just getting started with Canto but LOVE it! We have over 15,000 assets uploaded to our system to-date and have only been using the product since March 1, 2020. Every day we are learning some new functions of Canto and how to better organize and tag our assets to make magic happen! Canto is worth the cost and I'm excited to keep exploring all the functions it has to offer to us and our clients!
I love Canto's Facial recognition feature! We have a lot of assets where we need to identify people and facial recognition has changed everything! now we can search for people by name and access every photo asset we have of that person! Game changer! I also love being able to relate files and add custom fields to assets. This has come in so handy when we need to connect people's images to their stories and FOIP information. Canto has really helped us work smarter and not harder to find all of the assets we have in a more dynamic way!

We have found the uploading of assets to be a little more work than anticipated. The Canto Connect desktop application is helpful but when initially setting up out canto product it is a lot of work. When you have over 20,000 assets to upload it takes a team of people to make that happen and a good amount of time to get everything uploaded.

This has been a lifesaver. I am so happy I finally have access to my creative assets!!

We love the ability to search and narrow down results using tags and other filters.
We don't have any complaints about Canto so far!
