First class service and superb packaging

My order was completed and delivered quickly.

Colour of print completely different from original image.
Image was disappointingly fuzzy as well. Not a crisp image at all.
In their defence, they did refund without any quibbles, just had to pay for return postage.

Customer service second to none.
Item was missed by mistake and not sent for next day delivery. However the team were quick to refund me without even asking and arrange for it asap.
Mistakes happen but it’s how you deal with them.
I was also given a £20 site credit to apologise. Can’t ask for more than that.

Easy to make my selection and place order. Wanted a large, mounted, colourful poster for our newly installed shower room. Chose Van Gogh "The Terrece Cafe at Midnight" and it is perfect! Colours are bright and outstanding in our white room. Delivery was prompt, beautifully packaged and I am one very pleased customer. Will certainly order from here again when required. ***** recommendation.

Buying from Canvas Art was a pleasant easy experience and I would recommend them if asked.

Great quality and good response after an initial query. However I received a 25% off voucher with my delivery and had already placed a second order so could have used that discount if I had waited - a pity this was not picked up at the time I placed my second order

6 van gogh prints , all dull and faded , nothing like they advertise. Very disapointed, there's a lack of colours also , think they are trying to save ink.

Poor delivery times, very poor packaging for unframed prints. Not the quality that I have previously recieved.

When i saw this pic on Canvas Art Rocks i loved it and thought it would go well in my bedroom , whilst i am pleased with it , the picture is not as vivid as it shows on website but the softer colour is ok for a bedroom . Saying that , the picture is clear and the five split pic matched perfectly .
I did not use the fittings supplied with pic because i didn't want to put holes in my wall but used 2 command strips for each of the five canvas's .
Received my pic in 9 days from ordering it and it was well packaged , with a notification of the approx time and the actual day of delivery

Had a few canvases from this company over the years.

The last few have been quite faded, not bright, or washed out like something is wrong in the printing process, or someone is trying to save ink.

Beyond what looks like a standardised email response, from customer service, requesting photo evidence, which I have provided, no further response has been forthcoming from the company after 2 weeks.

As a result I am unlikely to use them again.

I will update this review if they bother to get in touch and rectify the problem.

Not packaged well enough and product arrived damaged.
It was needed for an imminent birthday, so I didn't take the complaint any further.

Ordered two A3 size prints to fit in a mounted frame. Neither are cut to the correct size and around 2cm too small. The measurements of the two prints don’t even match up properly so there’s obviously not a consistent process. Absolute waste of £30!
