Ordered my project online for my sister's wedding
Ordered my project online for my sister's wedding. The photos were of people close to her and her husband to be who had passed on. I was a bit skeptical to start with as I did not have high resolution photographs. The canvas print arrived within 3 days of completion online and it looked amazing. The second project was a watercolor photograph (again of low resolution), again that came through looking great! So all in all, the quality was great, the service was great and the delivery was fast.

ask for sample before ordering
Compared to a photograph of the same subject I found the canvas rather flat and lacking contrast. I expected a better outcome.

Respuesta de Canvas Factory
Hi Peter, thanks for taking the time to provide feedback.
Canvas absorbs light whereas photo paper reflects light, so photo paper will give you a more exact match.
I can see your image is fairly dark and moody. We can look at lightening it for you. Please feel free to reach out to our support team at support@canvasfactory.com so that we may review for you.
Happy to offer you a complimentary reprint.
Kind Regards
Amanda
