I had a custom canvas printed of one of my own paintings. It came out perfectly. The service was easy to use, quick and the price was unbeatable. Highly recommend and will definitely get more paintings done in future 😃

Disappointed. A tree printed in landscape mode?
Print was of a tree so obviously image should be printed portrait format. I assumed my download would be checked before printing but came back in landscape mode.
I know that is how I downloaded the image but obviously no one checks for obvious errors like that.
Very disappointed.

We’d like to clarify that we printed the image exactly as it was created through the website. The order that was placed was in landscape orientation, and our print process followed the specifications of what you ordered. You also chose to not have the order reviewed as this was placed via Prodirect.

Struggle to pay online…
Product was great but paying online was once again a huge hassle as neither my valid credit card nor my valid bank account were acceptable forms of payment & I had to have a separate link sent to me to facilitate payment. This has been ongoing with Canvas Factory for a number of orders and despite my requests that the issue be sorted out, nothing has been done. Note that both my Mastercard and my bank account had sufficient funds available to pay for the product

I paid extra for the expert option of…
I paid extra for the expert option of the picture to be done, thinking the bad things on the photo would be changed plus the lighting ect, I was disappointed when it came as the canvas was exactly as the original photo so what was i actually paying extra for?

Thank you for your message. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with the result.
I’ve checked the order, and unfortunately there were no design notes included with the Design option. Our designers do review images and make suitable adjustments where possible, but they do rely on customer instructions for any specific changes, such as removing unwanted items, correcting lighting in a particular area, or altering parts of the photo.
As no specific instructions were provided, the designer has prepared the image as supplied rather than making changes that may not have matched what you wanted.
That said, we do understand your frustration. If you can please let us know exactly what you were hoping to have changed, we can review this further and see what options are available

Was very easy to use, needed to update address which was promptly acknowledged and updated.
Goods arrived in good time and condition.
Quality of the pictures are great, not all supplied were of great quality. I did use the check but not sure if needed.
Minor point, tracking updates not kept up with delivery.
