I needed unusual size of stretched canvas! You supplied the two beautifull!

CanvasLot informed me that they were unable to fulfill the order as placed, and they offered an alternative solution. Unfortunately, the proposed alternative did not meet the specifications required for my project, so I requested to cancel the order. I was informed that I would receive a refund within 5–7 business days however, despite follow-up attempts, it has been 20 days and I have not received the refund, nor have I received any response from the company.

Easy to order. Fast shipping. Quality shipping material so canvas came in perfect shape!!

This was my first purchase and the craftsmanship is superb. I will order again when I have a customer panel need.

I never received my wooded frames.

Apparently they were damaged during shipment and UPS said they notified you about the damage. I never received them, UPS did not deliver the damage frames. Their office stated they contacted the sender, CanvasLots regarding the situation. This was on March 5, 2026. It is now March 23, 2026 and I have not heard back regarding resending frames that I have paid for and not received.

A high quality canvas with a reusable crate for my client and best of all it came quickly. Love the product!

I received the gessoed panels that I ordered. They were in perfect shape. Canvas Lot delivered them within the timeframe advertised. All good with that shipment.

However, in an earlier shipment of four canvases, three of them were stretched tight and a fourth—25% of the order—was stretched too loosely. The canvas was buckling, I saw ripples across the surface where it should have been flat and tight.

This has made me cautious about buying canvases from Canvas Lot.

I have purchased four 40”x30”x2” birch wood panels and each one has been made superbly. They were unprimed, which suits my needs. I will be ordering larger formats of birch wood, as they are the best surfaces to create mixed media artwork, which is my main focus. CanvasLot is the best place.

My order arrived in good shape and a little sooner than I expected. My fairly large customized sizes were all correct and excellently crafted. I have been a satisfied customer for several years and will order be ordering again for sure. Thanks
