Strong win/win mindset

I worked with Capex during a really important transition in my business and honestly the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
They were calm, responsive and clearly very experienced at handling situations where there's a lot of moving parts at once - i felt like it could have been too complicated but they made everything very clear and structured it all openly and to great effect.
I think overall they have an excellent combination of strong technical knowledge, and a properly commercial, practical mindset, which made everything a lot smoother. I can honestly say that you can put your trust in Capex and they will figure out the best possible route for everyone so it's a win/win. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any other business owner.

I foud Carpex Associate online and…

I foud Carpex Associate online and approached them about a project in 2023. Ben Gartford reached out the next day and we duscussed the project and Ben helped me save 80% of costs on that project and has gome on to assist on other projects ever since.

Ben's knowledge on property taxes is next to none. You can always count on Ben to give you a honestand unbiased assessment including when no savings is possible.

Outstanding Expertise and Service

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They have helped not only me personally, but also around 150 of my clients, to review and in many cases save significant amounts on their SDLT.

Their specialist knowledge in this area is exceptional. The team are incredibly thorough, transparent and efficient, and they make what could be a complicated process feel clear and straightforward.

Dont use them

Dont use them, will make it sound like you are getting a big R&D cheque in the post but just end up with a big bill from Capex and nothing to show for it
