I would recommend the use of Capital Advance to any one looking to be treated fairly and professional. They worked very quickly and were able to meet my needs in less than 72 hours. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Being a nonprofit company makes it very difficult to get money when you need it. Capital advance solutions came through for us in a pinch. We applied for Capital from numerous companies many of them turned us down because we are nonprofit organization. Those that did not turn us down were quoting us outrageous quotes with 15% and 20% fees upfront in the short term repayment at high interest that we could not afford. I had given up trying to get the capital that we needed to get through the summer when I received a phone call from a solicitation company reaching out to me to see if we needed cash. I get those calls all the time and just ignore them. However I was leaving work and was in the parking lot when I decided I would give it one last attempt. I'm so glad I did. I dealt with Matt Behrman and found him to be a straight-shooter. We discussed all the terms and associated costs, and even negotiated some of them. The cost of the funds is higher than the bank but with a lot less hassle. I was treated with respect throughout, and the closing went off without a hitch. I would recommend Matt highly.

Expensive money but they did what they said they would do and did it very quickly!

Aside from the efficiency of the operation (at least as seen by the potential borrower), the most important factor which allows you to stand apart from the banking business, is the sense that you not only listen to what the potential borrower is communicating about his business, but you also seem to care about lending the capital in a manner which will create a longer term relationship. (As an example, I've never felt that the "bank" could give a damn about funding my business, regardless of the fact that I've been a Private Banking Client for at least the last 20 years ). As I mentioned to Bryan on one of our calls, when my firm evens out its seasonality, I want to be an investor in Capital Advance Solutions!

Had my reservations at first but Jerome McCarthy 609-418-1941 is my go to guy now. Picked up all my calls answered all my questions. The staff that handled the review of requested paperwork also can't go without mentioning.

Everyone look at my new building that Capital Advance
has helped me purchase. Its located in downtown Cleveland, which is "Prime" location to say the less.

...Before any great business transaction there is planning that takes place. while planning I noticed that I could use some additional funds to give me a cushion of support and more importantly a sense of additional security.

In research I came across Capital Advance and I spoke with Jerome McCarthy. I explained my situation. My need for support. He assured me that he could help.

At first, I was skeptical... I not gonna lie.

But I said to myself, if Jerome is a man of his word than my plan will manifest. If Jerome is not a man of his word than I will make sure I let the world know that Capital Advance is a fraud organization.

So with that understanding, I made a business decision based on a mans' word. An old-fashioned business transaction.

After I sent all my docs requested for review. Jerome indicated that I was not approved.

That was not what I expected or was ready for...

As Jerome and I discussed why I was not approved, I expressed my vision/ my plan and Jerome actually visualized my vision and felt my passion and sincerity. So much so that Jerome put his reputation on the line and approved me despite the initial denial.

Once I received my funds... that security feeling of having a cushion of funds allowed me to secure a very sought after piece of Real estate in Downtown Cleveland. After the purchase of the building was completed, guess how I called... Jerome McCarthy. I called him to thank him for believing in me! He was just as excited for me as my friends and family. That was cool!!!
