Please note that while BTCUSD and other markets may continue to show price movement over the weekend, trading on the Capital Chain platform is paused on Saturdays and Sundays. During this time, users are unable to open, modify, or execute trades.

This scheduled pause helps us maintain platform stability, manage risk effectively, and ensure fair and accurate trading conditions for all participants. Trading automatically resumes when the platform reopens at the start of the new trading week.

Dear customer,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with Capital Chain. We take all concerns seriously and would like to clarify the situation based on our system records.

Your account has already been reviewed in detail, and the breach occurred due to violations of the Floating PnL (Equity) Drawdown rule. Our system recorded the following breach events:

• Nov 27, 2025 – 2:56 AM
Equity: 5201.66
Balance: 5355.92
Open PnL: -154.26

• Dec 10, 2025 – 1:01 AM
Equity: 4839.45
Balance: 5032.95
Open PnL: -193.50

These records clearly show that the floating drawdown limit was exceeded, which resulted in the account breach in accordance with our trading rules.

Your claim that the 3% Floating Drawdown rule was not communicated is not accurate. This rule was shared publicly before your breach through:

• An Instagram post dated Nov 12, 2025
• A pinned Telegram message

We maintain full transparency in our rules and ensure all traders have equal access to important trading conditions before trading on our platform.
