Amazing trampoline, quick delivery.

Amazing trampoline! Kids age 3 and 6 are jumping daily, adults do a fair bit of jumping too!! Delivered promptly. Chose to dig the hole ourselves with a mini-digger. Hard work, it took close to 3 days from start to finish but it was worth it. Great quality trampoline!

The trampoline was expensive but has been great and was one of the only options for us as we live on a hill with no flat areas. HOWEVER, because of this we also needed the full safety net. Within 9 months holes started appearing in the net and now there are huge rips and tears, is not safe and needs replaced. I contacted Capital Play and was offered 10% off a new $390 net. Not even enough to cover shipping. I expected more for a safety net that cost almost $400 just for the net. Happy with trampoline but very disappointed in the “safety” net. In the US, the net is not included and cost extra.

They turned it around.
Yesterday, I was extremely unhappy but they were pro active, calling me back out of the blue and retrieving the trampoline from the warehouse specially for me. Amy, in particular, went the extra mile, and then some - she identified a problem with my courier before it happened and sorted it all out for me. Within 24 hours, we now have the trampoline delivered and it will be installed tomorrow morning, a surprise for my girl's birthday.
The team at Capital Play made a real effort to understand the issues and to sort it out. Amy, Lily and Mark deserve special thanks.
In the end, I am really pleased and delighted, and all the more impressed because they didn't let it lie, but got in touch and made it right.

Amazing service from start to finish. Quick instal, professional and friendly.

From the first enquiry we had a video call to see where it would be placed and to look at access in to the garden. Then a week later a small skip arrived followed by 3 very friendly guys who installed the trampoline within a few hours. When they left there was no mess and one amazing trampoline ready to surprise the children after school.

Researched in ground trampolines pretty thoroughly and kept returning to Capital Play. It was clear from their website that the products they supply are head and shoulders above the rest. Significantly longer warranty on certain parts than competitors, plus longer/more springs, meant we felt they were worth the higher price point.
Communication from point of purchase to arrival was spot on, and the trampoline was delivered to us within about 3 days. The company have excellent video tutorials on how to dig the appropriate hole. Ours was a tricky dig as we are on a slope but we made it work, and installation once the hole was dug and lined, was done in less than a day.
The trampoline itself is, quite frankly, epic. I used to be a professional trampoline coach and I have managed to dust off my old moves and impress the kids - the bounce is incredible (and quiet) and we've all had an absolute blast on it. Highly recommended company and a highly recommended product.

The team came across unexpected obstacles during our installation, and they worked really hard for two days with no change to the agreed price. Thank you, our kids love it!

An absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. The installation team were efficient, friendly and left the area really clean which is not easy when you are up to your knees in thick wet clay soil !! They did a fantastic job and would highly recommend them. Money well spent. Happy children too.

Arrived only days after I ordered it. The gentleman who delivered it put it up in the garden with no fuss (although I would not recommend trying this yourself).
I am so pleased with the whole experience. I bought it for my grandson for Christmas so he hasn’t seen it yet but I can highly recommend this trampoline as I try it out daily 😂. Brilliant company and customer care.
