The product I received was not what I ordered. I tried to contact them and haven’t heard back and it’s been over a week . The instructions were very poor . Overall very unhappy.

Great product
I had many issues with the order since it was held by costums for many weeks, so the seller sent me a replacement item. I received them both and the seller told me to keep both. The product in itself is great and the scents smells fenomenal.

Got both - black for my car and white to use at home!
I couldn't resist the urge to get both packs - one for my car and one to use as home diffuser. Glad I got both 😍😍
The most impressive feature is its automatic detection. It starts working as soon as you enter the car, which is incredibly convenient and smart! I didn’t expect this at all!!!
The scents are simply amazing. East Gold and Red Diamond are my absolute favorites (would recommend to set to blue mode since this way it’s less intense and lasts longer without being overpowering).
Also love it’s slick design and the efficiency of such a compact device!
Capsule 33 diffuser has exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

We checked you orders and It looks like you ordered only the refill... but not the diffuser itself. The refill won’t work on its own it needs to go inside the Capsule 33 diffuser to function.
