This review has obtained 2 stars purely for the aerosol can, it’s a decent product and smell’s good but could probably be bought cheaper elsewhere. As for the hanging diffuser, I thought I would give this a chance as I received the product with the refill bottle and it would not open. I contacted customer service to request a new bottle, as this one was so full had I have forced it open, the liquid would have been completely lost anyway. Customer service never contacted me back. Very over priced and seem’s many people have this issue with the bottles. Whilst I did eventually get the lid off, I do not expect for a full price product to do what felt like the equivalent of brain surgery on a plastic bottle to get it open. Won’t be buying from here again, shame the customer service and absolutely appalling packaging has let them down.

Purchased 2 for Xmas Gifts and after reading reviews decided not to give as reviews were so bad. It's impossible to get the lid of the scent bottle. A total waste of money. I recommend you avoid this company!!

Don’t bother ordering from this company. They take your money and never deliver. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Trading standards should be looking into them. They have replied to my emails but it’s just a load of lies. Don’t waste your money or tine.

I can't review the product as it never reached me. I have tried to contact the Carburst team who have failed to respond to all my requests to fulfill the order.
Evri failed to deliver, but their Customer Service team have been helpful with trying to locate my parcel. Which they have confirmed is list. But I still have not had a refund, who are now ignoring me now. I will never purchase from them again.

Waste of money, bottles difficult to open and car diffusers smell of nothing .

Do not be deceived by the pictures! Do not waste your money!
Diffuser Bundles: Very cheap packaging. The scent comes in a small plain plastic container and impossible to get the lid off to fill the glass bottle. The print on the canisters is very poor and inconsistent (more like a transfer). The glass scent bottle tops are not cork but cheap wood and if you tip the scent bottle too much, the scent runs out and does not absorb into the wood.

Do not buy the Car Diffuser Gift
Packs: It’s a plastic pot, very poor quality and can easily spill. Certainly not worth £25.

I have bought these as Christmas gifts and too embarrassed to give them now. Such a waste of money!

The one star is for air freshener that smells nice! But not worth £19!
