I had purchased Maruti Suzuki Ciaz from Gurgaon Outlet in sector 29 Trillium Avenue . While making the token amount for booking on 18 May 23 they made all the lucrative commitments . Earlier they delayed the loan process after lot of follow ups and calls finally they delivered the car on 12 June 23 . After that the whole scene started the insurance of the car was getting over on 22 August till that time the RC was not transfered on our name but still we had to pay for the insurance on the previous owners name .
Today its 5th October and still the car is not been transfered it is still on the previous owners name along with the insurance as well . Add on to it is that we had paid 4 Emi's to the bank as well . Every time you call them they will give you one or the other reason . The guy who sold the car Jasmeet Singh had already left the job , Then the new Guy came into the reel as Nitin Jha now he has also stopped answering the call .
I had posted this review so that people could be a aware of this dealer . I am going to the consumer forum . But i am making other people aware that be careful while dealing with this CAR AND BIKE GURGAON SECTOR 29 TRILLIUM AVENUE outlet .

Very bad service, car quality bad, experience very bad, all I can say is don't buy a car from here, the problem I am facing I don't think anyone should.🙏 Mahindra not choice

Absolute rubbish - people from all fake #ARMYCANTEEN and other cons , will try to cheat you.

CarandBike ppl, have a look on what is posted and who is posting ! Why do u allow all these unverified cons - who are sitting here to dupe innocent customers.

Bogus website. Tried to read the Footer, I cannot reach. It takes you to advertisements and stops. Impossible to read the Footer. Cannot contact their numbers. The Used cars and used Bikes has top advertisements which are by fraudsters whose modus is circulated on whats app by people conned.
