I received no email correspondence for…
I received no email correspondence for Cara after I submitted my order. Neither to let me know my order was confirmed or to let me know when it was dispatched. At one stage I thought I had pressed the wrong button for click and collect, rather than home delivery as I received no correspondence, until my order arrived. The items which I received are all satisfactory but the communication from Cara is terrible.
