Clairins eyeshadow
The delivery of my order was prompt and arrived in good condition however the Clairins eyeshadow which I thought was expensive at 12 euros was nothing like the colour I expected it to be. I ordered smokey plum but the one I received is a greyish brownish colour. I kept it as it was too much hassle to send it back. Martina Watters

Bad phone manor
Called the shop for help to see if they had face jewels for an assignment, the bundoran store rang out so called Sligo and the response was awful greeted by Monica and when asked for what I was looking for, her reply was “ugh... here she’s wants face jewels or something” while passing me to someone who assume is on the floor terrible customer service

Not customer centred if a problem arises
Order didn’t arrive for weeks. I had to chase up. I was told it All An Post fault and it would take them 2 months to chase up. Couldn’t be given alternative product as sold out. Did not like their take it or leave it attitude
