While my transaction was trouble free & swift I was disappointed that more than I bottle wasn’t available to purchase due to stock issue

My order wasn't complete and I have to follow up myself. Still haven't received missing item.
No one bothered to update me.

Having read excellent reviews about Cara Pharmacy's fast delivery I chose to place an order with them instead of a competitor solely based on the expectation of quick delivery.

I sent numerous emails to try and track my order. Eventually I was told to expect it by Thursday or Friday. It arrived on Monday - 12 days after placing my order.

Very disappointed with this poor service and Cara's disregard of my email re same.

I ordered acetone nail varnish remover. The buying process was straightforward and the service was efficient. Postage of 5 euro for a purchase of 1.99 a little steep I thought. My main complaint was that the top of the bottle was not tightly closed enough and it leaked in the packaging. loosing about 20% of product.
