I recently recieved my 8mm Silver Miami Cuban bracelet from Caratsutra. I had ordered it on 23rd Aug and recieved it on 05th Sep, so around 13 days to receive the order.

The quality and craftsmanship on the piece is brilliant. I don't think we get those no-gap cuban links anywhere in India apart from Caratsutra. I researched a lot and landed on their website. Only advise I would give them is to be a bit more proactive in communicating with the customer.

Since some of the pieces are made to order and custom, they will definitely take some time to make, so it's my humble request to them to state the tentative delivery timeline at the start itself of 2-3 weeks, so that the customer is rest assured they will receive their order within that timespan.

Ordered my ring with Carat sutra , v satisfied with the quality , just wish it would take less time , have ordered another one , hopefully will be delivered much sooner

There is no 92.5 stamp marking, no authenticity certificate which caratsutra claims is provided, the Whatsaap No. Is only responsive up untill order is placed and payments made.After sales response is pathetic and last mile delivery has just been stressful leaving the customer completely dependent on hope that they receive their parcel(even if its bluedart). I liked their designs and purchase qa around 33k and hoped to purchase more. Had to invest so much time in following up with no response and will not do so. The designs and craftsmanship are not worth the hassle

Despite having a little bit of delay Kamalji personally supervised the timely delivery of my two orders. Beautiful 3D Design lion rings fitting perfectly and purity more than 93% tested in XFAR machine.

Got a customised silver chain for my husband. The product was slightly delayed, but the wait was worth it. As a person who loves silver jewellery, I should say that the quality and finishing was excellent. Vendor can be trusted with money and quality.

Bought a ring, there was no invoice, no purity certificate, no 925 stamp nothing. Going to have it tested, asked so many times to provide invoice at least, but seller is so unprofessional.

It's a scam. You will never get a genuine product.
Please don't fall in trap.

This is with reference to the order for a customized bracelet ,I had placed with Carat Sutra. I am extremely satisfied, with the output and would rate it as "EXCELLENT". Their Craftsmanship is nothing less than" OUTSTANDING". I would highly recommend them to anyone ,who is keen in their products. Only one caution, there has been a delay in Delivery of the product.Please take care of that aspect.

They sent me the product and I got a call from the jeweler, product seems to be good.
A request to the seller is to be more proactive with communication with the client.

18th May -->
I placed an order for a turquoise pendant on 3rd May 2026 and I was told via whatsapp that the product will be shipped by 11th May 2026, nothing of that sort has been done.

Customer Service - The worst, nobody bothers to pick calls or bother to reply.

The Helpline Number - +91 7300073812, is largely inactive and incoming calls on this number have been discontinued.

In my opinion - PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

⚠️ Avoid, I strongly suspect this is a scam.

Paid Rs. 43,699 in April for a jewelry order from this site. Dispatch was promised in 3-4 days. Three weeks later, no item, no refund. The seller kept claiming a Blue Dart shipment had been booked, but Blue Dart confirmed directly that nobody handed the package over, the booking was generated just to buy time.

Calls and WhatsApp go unanswered most of the time. Emails simply say "wait" on repeat. UK Number also doesn't work.
The company also doesn't show up as a registered entity when checked.

They don't have any Google review. They are listed on Amazon.in but all products shows currently unavailable.

Save your money and order from a verified seller instead.

No communication on call/whatsapp from anyone from team Caratsutra. They sent wrong article than what I had ordered, that too without any govt mandated hallmark.
