Very easy collection process. The team are professional and efficient and the vehicle is immaculate.

Couldn’t be happier with the vehicle especially considering the price and the customer service is great as well made the process extremely smooth.

Found a good vehicle for its price, plan to subscribe for 6 months or longer, upfront fee (and delivery since car i wanted had to be delivered from NSW to Brisbane) will end up cheaper if subscribed longer, support responded quickly to my emails and had clear, concise instructions for booking and collecting the vehicle, as well as bringing it in for servicing. The only negative experience I had was the car was not in the best shape upon collection, requiring booking a car check-up within the first week.

Service has been great from the team, efficient process, but quality of the car not as pictured / advertised or for the price paid. Car is missing hubcaps, was dirty on pick-up and not properly cleaned (visible spills) doesn’t look all that great. Process to swap could be improved.
