Their service@carbon2cobalt,com is a sham
The above email is ALL over their website as a supposed link so one can leave a question or such via email contact. I tried at least 8 different places on their website having that email link and not a single one was a working link. Sending to that email from my email resulted in a "unable to deliver" message to my inbox. Trying to enter it on the internet for a response results in nothing at all. They even have a link to their legal dept. which doesn't work either. But all is well on the link to subscribe to their emails for the latest stuff to buy . . . I doubt this is unintentional.

Bracelet

I ordered this bracelet expecting the colors would be vibrant as shown in the images. Instead the colors are bland and hard to see that there is a color difference. Would not recommend ordering jewelry through this store

Quality not there/sizing wrong/terrible customer service

I ordered a set of loungewear medium bottoms and a large top just so I can have an extra bit of room… I am 6 feet tall and slender the pants fit well but very cheap looking in real life on the top despite being of large which I never wear was way too short-The quality was not there… I called the company and ask for management to call me back and let’s even more frustrating is I never heard from them… Beyond disappointed in their customer service, and the quality of what I received.

Inconceivable that you cannot enter a delivery address different than the billing address. This was a gift...how did they make it through christmas? very disappointing. Chat line told me i had to call in - where i waited 20 min....wait time would probably go down if you could order via the website.

I placed a Christmas order with…

I placed a Christmas order with Carbon2Cobalt with expedited shipping. My order confirmation showed standard shipping instead. I immediately called and emailed, and the call center assured me my order was expedited and would arrive before Christmas.

Instead, my order sat in their warehouse for three days, from 12/19 to 12/22. On 12/22 at 5:00 PM, I received an email saying one of the shirts was out of stock. The other shirt did not ship until 5:00 PM on 12/22.

On 12/24, I checked FedEx tracking and learned my order would not arrive by Christmas. When I called the Venice, CA store to ask for help, the person I spoke with hung up on me. I was not rude. I was shocked at how badly this order was handled.

Because of Carbon2Cobalt’s poor handling of my order, I was even considering driving 30 miles during a flash flood to pick up a shirt at the Venice, CA store. Instead of help or accountability, I was treated with complete disrespect. Being hung up on, especially on Christmas Eve, was unbelievable.

The only reason this experience did not feel like a total loss was Brian from the call center. Brian does not work for Carbon2Cobalt, yet he showed more care, empathy, and professionalism than anyone within the company itself. He listened, acknowledged the mistakes, and genuinely tried to make things right when Carbon2Cobalt clearly would not.

This is one of the most inefficient and disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had. I will never order from Carbon2Cobalt again. If Brian ever starts his own company, I would gladly be his first customer.

I cannot believe the amount of poor reviews here. I have been purchasing from Carbon2Cobalt for years for myself and even for family members during the holidays. No complaints, only raving reviews on the style and quality. I understand you can't make everyone happy, but this brand deserves a far better representation on Trustpilot than what it currently has. I just spent another $300 plus today with them for the holidays, happily. If you don't like the price, you shouldn't have purchased in the first place.

Poor Quality for the Cost

So disappointed in the quality of the fabric from this company. I’ve been purchasing my husband’s clothes from Carbon 2 Cobalt since 2019. Last year I purchased fou pairs of the same shorts—three in one color and the fourth in a different color. Three of the four have ripped IN THE SAME SPOT!!! For $89 each, I was expecting more. The sleep shorts I purchased for him 3 to 4 years ago have held up the best, though they are now riddled with holes. Same for the shirts I’ve purchased; within a year, pin hole sized holes all over the bottom of the shirts.

They will rob you!

Purchased a pair of boots that once they arrived, looked nothing like they did on their website. When I returned them, I received an email saying the boots looked used (they were not!) and they were sending them back to me without a refund.

Absolutely horrible company with substandard items that they try to sucker you into buying with pictures of articles that aren’t there’s.

Stay away from this company. Carbon2Cobalt is not legit.

Exception quality and pricing with…

Exception quality and pricing with reasonable shipping time. I ordered 4 shirts, a jacket and a poncho. We love them. I do admit shipping and refund issues are concerning. In todays world if I'm going to take a chance unseen and the return is difficult, I won't buy in the first place.

Pair of "fluffernutter" sweats were a Christmas gift. Post Xmas, received a "care instruction" email to wash cold and hang dry. Shrunk to pedal pusher length-unacceptable. Followed return process and shipped back, reviewed by the warehouse who decided to accept for refund. Deducting $7.95 from refund for using their prepaid return label. Will never purchase from them again

'Cool' in the eye of the beholder,.....

Would conclude most negative reviews I have read are apparently valid (including my blog experiences). Reports (and my experience) shows clothes already undersized and then shrink on top of this. Get typical jibber-jabber attitude from their arrogant-like customer service as w/'must be something wrong w/my body if do not fit' kind of thing. I am in pretty good shape and thin wasted so guessing (not). Would not accept returns (even un-used and un-washed) so basically had to threaten to get my refund eventually. Conclusion; not so hot (as they look) apparent poor products and customer service but high priced, (so that's good!). [Not everybody wants to pay exorbitant CA prices.] Rather typical of a 'SoCal business' to be honest therefore (sadly) I tend to shy away from CA business' all together especially w/all their special regulations and paranoia's. Maybe best to leave them to buy and sell amongst themselves since they tend to run their state as (a very poorly run) separate confederation, anyway. (Remember when California was 'cool'!?)

Both rear pockets sewn shut on a pair of $69 cozy crew sweatpants. C2C chat agent said that pockets were sewn shut to maintain "integrity" of the item. She suggested that I use a "thread cutter/ripper" to remove the thread line. I told her I had no idea which thread line to remove, and she suggested that I go to a tailor for assistance. She claimed that most online companies sew shut the pockets of their pants. This is just absolutely absurd and untrue for a pair of $69 sweatpants. I think that their factory made an error which wasn't picked up by C2C quality control and they're just trying to weasel out of making necessary adjustments. Instead of giving me a song and dance reply, C2C should cover costs for replacing with a proper item. This is unfortunate since I have bought fleece pants from them before without this sewing error issue. Attached are photos.

Fleece Sweat Pants Shrunk Bigly

I own about several pieces from this catalog, but was very disappointed with the Fluffer Nutter Men's Sweat pants I received for Christmas. Wore them a few times, then washed them and they shriveled up and shrunk big time. Way too short for me now.

I ordered a long-sleeve shirt and the sleeves were too long, going down my hands and I am 5 ft. 8" tall. But the real problem was their shipping policies. I paid $110.80 and my refund was $88.95! I would understand them charging for return shipping charges, but not $21.85! I will never shop with this company again.

Stay Away

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. On 12/11 I ordered my wife pajamas and socks. I was told the pajamas would be delivered on 12/24 and the socks in January. The ship date keeps changing. Now they are saying the items will not be shipped until March. She doesn't need winter items in the spring.Stay far away from this company
