A great local company 5 🌟

Been using Rich and his team at RCC for a few years now, they Offer a great friendly service every time. We have 3 cars in our family which are all looked after by RCC. They offer a timely inexpensive service and we are always confident with their care of our vehicles. Rich is very helpful always takes the time to explain everything to us. Love their service and would highly recommend them

I can't fault Richard and the team at car clinic. My father had an incident with his car on Tuesday 31st March where the track rod arm had snapped whilst driving home from Hereford. The car was recovered and taken to Car Clinic for repair. The vehicle didn't arrive till 16.45pm and the team at car clinic are due to finish at 17.00pm. Richard and the team stayed over to get the car secure ready to assess the repairs. Richard stayed over that evening and the car was repaired and ready to collect the next afternoon. Absolutely amazing service from all the team, they are a credit to the industry. No job is too big or too hard for the team there, there attention to detail and high level of customer service makes them a team you can trust. The fact that Richard was concerned to get the job turned around so quickly to reduce the cost to my dad if he had had to hire a car for some days, is truly amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Car Clinic to any of my family and friends.

Brilliant professional job friendly staff but above all, the best mechanic we have come across very reasonable prices will definitely be going back.Thank you Richard.

Have used this garage now for 2yrs. Excellent customer service and just so lovely and honest. Sorted my recent car breakdown, service and mot. Always feel that everything is explained. Can not recommend this place highly enough. Thankyou so much!

Brilliant service by experienced friendly staff.

I spoke to Richard regarding my concerns about a car I had purchased.he checked the car over and found it was ok although he understood my concerns about the car. I found him to be very knowledgable and thorough. Would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Recently moved to the area and there's always that nervousness about trying somewhere new. I found Richard and his team to be incredibly professional and their passion to look after me and my car were second to none. Work carried out same day and appreciated the honesty and integrity after being advised what components should be repaired/replaced by another garage. Richard advised I had additional mileage left in my front and middle exhaust sections and wouldnt replace them right now....thus saving me money just after Christmas which was very much appreciated. Would completely recommend, thank you for help

Absolutely amazing people who really care about their customers. I was recommended by a friend to Car Clinic when I first moved to Redditch in Jan 2023 and would forward that recommendation to anyone living in, or around the Redditch area. Every interaction I've had with Richard & his team has been positive. They've been direct with me about any problems my Fiat Tipo has and have always done a high quality job when fixing those issues. As I do lots of milage working around the country, it's great to know that when an issue comes up on my car, I have a local garage who can fix the issues quickly and at a reasonable cost. HIGHLY recommend.

Contacted them this morning, problem dealt with this afternoon at a very reasonable cost. Polite, courteous, efficient and sensible. Would use again in a heartbeat. Thank you Richard.

Solved me issues without hesitation, professional and done the job well! Cheers

I've used Rich and the team at CCR for various issues relating to my car over the past four years, everything from pads / disc changes, MOTs, Healthchecks, to investigative work and fault cleardowns, and every time they have been great. I had a strong vibration coming from the front end on acceleration and Rich said it was probably a knuckle loose on a driveshaft - but it was anyones guess whether it was left or right. They investigated and decided it was left and unsurprisingly, they were right. New driveshaft installed, fault fixed. 18 months later, another vibration problem but this time affecting the steering, which Rich again investigated and suggested it could be a compromised CV boot, and negotiated excellent terms to replace the component. Again, fault fixed. Never had a problem dealing with, very accomodating, knowedgable and helpful team. 5 stars for both professionalism and service, thank you

Excellent experience dealing with this garage for the first time. Helpful , friendly and excellent communication , explaining what was needed, what the options were . Extremely impressed and would recommend A+ .thank you

Richard and the team diagnosed the issues with my daughters car, although they we’re unable to carry out the repair, the support, service and advice given was 1st rate, would definitely recommend CCR services
