Carcoon Storage Systems Opiniones 

As promised an update... despite previous reviews posted by others, Carcoon are still in business, my Carcoon ordered on the 4th December 2023 showed up on Friday 23rd Feb 2024. not the one I ordered as they don't make them anymore. My filter order was also enclosed. This is our 6th or 7th Carcoon over the years, the product is good, and had been improved with each version. But the lead times are horrendous, maybe a note on the website that orders can take 3 months may be advisable?? contact is also not the easiest, sorry Carcoon but that was what I found, many unanswered calls, messages etc. In Carcoon's defence, they have now taken down the unavailable items from the website, so that confusion is gone for future buyers, my filter order was included in with the carcoon, so some saving on postage which is appreciated, and I was charged the original price of the Carcoon I asked for in December, also appreciated

Terrible Terrible service ordered filter set Oct 23 still no sign of it and no feed back. Now mid Feb

Ordered filter sets from them 3 times and got confirmation but never goes anywhere. Tried calling and say the busy over Xmas, really bad company

I placed an order for an Indoor Veloce Carcoon on the 3rd of November 2023 and received an email confirming the order.
The confirmation included the comment "Please note – due to covid-19, we have a waiting list and your order will be shipped as soon as possible.". COVID excuse in 2023, really?
I haven't received my Carcoon or any replies to any emails or an answer to the various voice messages I have left.
I have canceled my order via email and removed the credit card approval. I honestly think that they have gone out of business and forgotten to turn the website off.

Carcoon has horrible non-existent customer service, I struggle to understand how they are still in business.

I called to order, was told the item was in stock and I would receive it in 2 - 3 days, it did not arrive, I called for an update, no answer, left a message no call back, eventually got to speak to someone who said they would come back to me with an update, this was 8 days after ordering, she did not call back.

3 weeks later still no Carcoon, I called, nobody picked up so I left a message telling them to cancel my order.

If pre-sales service is this bad, when your trying to spend upwards of £600 I can only image how difficult it would be if the item turned up damaged or you ever needed any replacement parts!

I placed an order with Airflow and bought an Airchamber

They did everything to help we got it early to save expensive winter storage of Delorean so far it’s really impressive car is dry and shiny despite floods and constant rains
It’s silent and fills quickly
It’s the outside system

Ordered over £80 of filters in August...now lost that...They kept promising to send them out...Lies...

Company no longer trading. Placed order three months ago online but since have not answered phone calls or emails. Such a shame as product looked good
