BEWARE!!Please read if you are thinking of joining!! Was cold called by a sales representative. Talked a good deal said I could save £200 over the year. Normally would have flatly refused but as my contract had just expired was a ideal time to change providers so said I would think about it. This Rep basically came to see me about 10 times over the following few weeks to see if I'd decided! Eventually signed up and he told me to give a months notice to current provider. Was so insistent I gave the cancellation stayed onsite till I did it! Anyways four weeks later cardcutters still hadn't managed to sort a Pdq machine or opened my account!! Sales representative stopped answering my calls and one day before my old contract was due to expire texted me the office number and advised me to call them!! Office again promised they would sort out within 24 hrs! 24hrs later on the day my contract was due to expire apologised and told me there sales rep had made a mistake and shouldn't have told me to cancel my old provider becos they can't guarantee that I'd pass there bank security!!! Nightmare!! Better the devil you know avoid at all costs!!

Found the transition simple and easy especially with the help and guidance of Alastair Shepherd. Was there for any questions we had and a very quick response too.

We, Infonet Institute switched over to ADIB swiping machine through Card Cutters and got to say, we are very happy with the excellent speed of service and followups from their end.

Process from start to finish was exceptionally quick, professional company with a great customer service.

You don't normally expect good customer service from the cheapest supplier, but with Card Cutters we were very pleasantly surprised to get not only the best prices we could find but also a great customer service experience. We were able to deal with the same person (James) from quote to setting the card machine up. No messing with large call centers speaking to robots, speaking to a different person each time or pushy salesman, I could call or email James direct and get a reply straightaway.

I've had one company recently contact me saying they will buy me out of any contract and beat any price. My response: "No chance I'm switching suppliers!"

Used these when I opened my new Buisness 15 months ago and I can honestly say they are very good, the rates the service as been very satisfactory..

Just joined a few weeks ago. service was good, listened and explained the options clearly. Quick and easy to join. They set it all up and so far its been a hassle free service. Would recommend them. The big providers did try to scare me regarding the service and benefits but the competitive prices outweigh the extras othered me.

Really friendly and a pleasure doing business with. After being ripped of for years by my old supplier who then tried to con me into a new contract, it was a breath of fresh air, having such a friendly service. Straight forward and easy online application. Verifying documents turned into a slight nightmare for me but everything fell into place really quickly. Only let down is by using AIB merchant services, two banks see it as a foreign transaction so unable to offer the cash back to them but out of all the banks it is only two and only the cashback aspect affected. So all in all 100% satisfied!
