Scammers, Pure & Simple

Paid for a pre-order for Phantasmal flames booster box and elite trainer box. When it came to release date, nothing got sent out, so I emailed them within the first week for an update, and they started flaking. They've eventually emailed me back that I I've been put on their list for a full refund, but it's been almost a month. I told them that their phone number on their website is also disconnected, but this was ignored. All the hall marks of a scam website, avoid them at all costs. They've been black listed from several discords and community threads.

I've put a dispute in with my bank, and now have to wait around 50 days for an outcome. Disgusting behaviour. Now I've got £230 with Card Mart which I'm unable to access until the bank forces them to refund me (fingers crossed).

They take orders, promise to fill them, but slowly as “there’s only 2 of us” use the pre-order money to fill the earliest orders, rinse & repeat.

Terrible Response Time & Customer Service

Have been waiting for a refund on my mega evolution orders for over a month at this point, after requesting this multiple times.
Would heavily not recommend, cannot fulfil your order- and then will not respond via email or provide a refund in a timely manner when requested.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, my order has not arrived 3 months after ordering, with no response at all from the email address on their website, the phone number has been off for 2 months also. They have provided no information on what is happening with my order, at this point I must assume my order is not coming and the money has been stolen.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE & INVESTIGATE YOURSELF BEFORE HANDING OVER YOU MONEY.

No goods and no refund?

Communication has been lacklustre, I placed an order in August and did not receive any update on delivery or anything. In November I asked them to cancel my order and send me a refund, which they said would take 5-7 days, its almost been a month. Do not use this company.

Overall I probably wouldn't use again

Overall I probably wouldn't use again, took over a month after release date with multiple chases to try and get my items. I recieved three shipments, 1 x etb, 1x etb, 1x mega evo box. The first two etbs were fine, the mega evo box was scratched and the seal was all battered. Couldn't be bothered to complain. Would've given 3 stars had the box been in pristine condition... Which is what I paid for, a NEW booster box, not used sat on shelf with other boxes ontop of it without a protective case. Customer service was OK, replies were given with explanations. They are trying, I'd give them that. They over sold more than they could manage. Why open a business which you can't even run properly? Surely you would want to get the logistics and staffing correct before starting a new business.

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered a Phantasmal Flames ETB and still have not received it. After waiting far longer than expected, I asked to cancel the order and was told a refund would be processed—still nothing. No update, no response, no refund.

This is unacceptable. If this isn’t resolved by the end of today, I will be moving forward with a complaint to Action Fraud. I would not recommend ordering from here based on my experience.

FRAUD

I’ve just found out that in October the company have gone into liquidation, no responses to emails and no refund given. All along I should have known that the couple running this “business” were just stealing money to fund whatever else they had going on. I have reported this to my bank and to trading standards also.

£500+ Pokemon never recieved

Wish I saw the reviews before. Ordered over £500+ of Pokemon pre orders just to be 3 months down the line now disputing payments with my bank. Dont bother pre ordering and loaning them. Then when you try get your money back it takes sooo long to get a response Ive passed it to my bank to sort. Also phone lines dont ring. Joke of a company

Disgrace of an Owner / Company

As many others have said, I paid £200 back in September for a Phantasmal pre-order and heard nothing since. Having checked their company house I see the owner (Nathan Thomas Chadwick) is applying to strike the company off. Complete scum bag - trying to take everyone’s money and run. I hope he feels strong repercussions for this. I applaud everyone who has paid for anything through them that hasn’t arrived, to contact your banks for money back.

I wanted a good experiance

I wanted a good experience after doing some research before making a pre order in September through card mart so I could come back here and leave a good review but that wasn't the case. I had contact with card mart CS confirming that the goods were on track to be despatched by release (14th Nov) and tracking will follow when shipped but that is the only contact I have had.

I haven't heard anything since and as others have mentioned, located the company house Card Mart trade under to see that they are attempting to go through liquidation in October after taking many many pre orders with what looks like no guarantee of product to the people who pre ordered... Company name that it trades under is Isoteca Ltd. Instant red flags when I saw this so go through your banks people, looks like they have supported me and I will be refunded for what looks like fraudulent activity

Please avoid.

I pre-ordered some items from Card Mart in early September. The items released to the public early November. I haven't recieved tracking information yet. I haven't recieved ANY correspondence from Card Mart. I have sent three emails in the past week chasing Card Mart for some answers, the most recent one is me asking for my order to be cancelled and a refund issued.
I had a relatively questionable experience from them before but they did pull through after I chased them for some updates, but this time round Card Mart haven't even taken the time to acknowledge my emails.
The phone number on the website is not recognised.
I do not believe I will be able to get my product or my money back.

Company is being dissolved

Company is in the process of being dissolved as of 10th October. If you purchased and haven't received anything I would highly suggest you do try and get a refund rather than hoping.

Please Read

If any of you are still waiting on product/refunds I would strongly suggest filing a chargeback with your bank fast - if you search up this place on companies house the owner ( Nathan) has filed for active proposal to strike off meaning he is liquidating the company so as expected and as people have been saying for months he has robbed 100’s of people out of thousands of pounds of money.

Delayed and had different price sticker when arrived

Full order took nearly 6 months to arrive after having to follow up several times and initially only sending half the order. When product arrived it had another well known shop's price sticker on for a cheaper price (£24.99 when I paid £29.99).

Would avoid buying from again.
