Toms the salesman kept in communication with us all the way, he was efficient, fair and courteous and presented the car beautifully. The general manager of the dealership was also professional and asked after our welfare with sincerity. This is our fourth new car and by far the best experience we have had.

14 Years ago we signed up with another car dealership web provider! (you know who you are!!!) and although the cost of the package at the time seemed extortionate we were promised that the long term savings would pay off as the onboarding price would remain the same and there would never be an increase in our pricing, a couple of years ago our web provider got bought our by a finance company and several months later we received a letter letting us know the price would be going up!
Having made several calls and complaints it was clear that they felt we would be unlikely to leave them so a lump it or leave attitude on there part was very apparent.
They even told us that a few garages had left to go to car dealer 5 but they had come back to them with their tails between their legs after a few weeks.

Although moving web providers seemed like a HUGE pain in the bum and the thought of hours of work changing things over was very daunting i have to say the move to car dealer 5 was a breeze, NOT only did we save £3000 per annum which is a fantastic saving but the transition was seamless, they did practically everything, our new website had a fresh look, the platform was easy to use and navigate, all of our support questions of which there were many! were answered mostly within hours and apart from a few minor hiccups we were up and running back at full capacity within 4 weeks, We are now in our second year and we have not looked back once.
My advice to you is your unhappy with your current provider don't hesitate to move.

Highly Recommend - very professional and great support.

The worst car and dealers service I’ve experienced in 40 years of motoring. The wife and I have purchased 5 cars from Draycott's over many years. My wife has a Picanto and has had 6 years of no problem motoring. I purchased a new Sportage a year ago. It had constant engine and exhaust warning lights after about a month. It took them 3 more visits before they fixed the problem. Within 4 weeks the lights reappeared. Back in. A repair to the igniters. A couple of weeks later the rear exhaust box fell off. Then to top it all the brakes failed on the motorway, scary experience. Recovered by the RAC. Car returned to Draycotts. I was told they wouldn’t look at it until next week. I assume this is in response to my poor Google review I posted! Every other fault has been diagnosed and repaired ASAP within 24 hours or awaiting spares. The vehicle is still awaiting a cosmetic spare for approximately 11 months. Be aware of the KIA 7 years warranty it definitely doesn’t come with any kind of customer service at Draycott's. We have had 10 years plus of motoring with KIA and would definitely buy another one but not from Draycott's.

World class service from Dave and Ade @ CD5 :-) decided to take the plunge after 10yrs with EMG they were recommended to myself form one of the UK's largest vehicle finance company's,from the initial inbound call which was filled with positive energy from the team @ CD5 to the simple straight forward choice of designs to going live literally in a couple of days bonkers fast with a dealer portal for upload which will blow your mind with its ease of use function and presentation of your vehicles to stand out from the crowd to get that click first to sale,
Truthfully if you haven't taken or are just about to take the plunge on your very own site these are the guy's to get out in front "WORLD CLASS"

Exceptional service!
After managing my own website for the past few years which was stressful at times, i bit the bullet and moved over to car dealer 5.
I hate change like most people, but I wish I had done it sooner. Dave made the whole process stress free and the platform is so easy to navigate round.
