Technically works. But they're now utilising AI to respond to customer's issues through their websites chat box and the AI is grossly unhelpful and at times even incomprehensible.

I had to request to speak to an actual human being before my issue could be resolved. Afterwhich they deactivated my account citing that I had "disrespected a 'staff member'" (one which was incapable of forming basic cogent sentences apparently) and never informed me of it, I only found out after having to contact them regarding the issue.

Recommend using any other card renting service for TCGs.

It was a really great experience. I am currently unemployed and just on a whim remember I played some MTGO in 2023. I haven't played really since 2013 to 2017 timeframe when I was very serious drafter. I sold or traded that collection (I don't recall). This morning, I remembered that I had some cards from 2023 for a handful of drafts. A couple hours later googling sellers and trading the cards for tickets. I sold the tickets to these guys. Really helpful and I made some errors on their website when making the requests, but they speedily worked thru them. A few hours later I got some much needed money in my paypal for the week ahead. High praise to these guys!!!!! Happy customer and if I get back into MTGO, I'll keep them in mind.

Been renting with CardHoarder all summer and the service is incredibly fast. If you run into issues, customer support replies nearly instantly and is exceptionally polite.

They didn't approve my application because they don't want to accept credit/debit cards on their site they want event tickets or PayPal not just any PayPal they want a verified PayPal that has your bank account linked to it when I tried linking it I got called by the fraud department saying that unauthorized people were trying to access my account cause PayPal isn't happy with a routing number and account number they want username and password to your online banking account as well which is sketchy and shady asf and I don't recommend PayPal or any company using their services either that includes cardhoarder

Magic online as well as mtgotraders are exceptions because they don't need a verified PayPal

They rejected my application without giving any explanations. Really pissed. I just wanted to enjoy a bit MTGO.
